When I arrived home to cook, it was obvious that he didn't checked the fish. Scales were everywhere, and there were small fins that were not trimmed. Majority of my prep time went to re-cleaning the fish before I could even season it. Paying extra for terrible service and a half-done product is frustrating. If you shop here, double-check your order before leaving. I suggest going some place else entirely, because I will NEVER be back here again.
