Incredibly professional, gentle, caring staff…read more I've had dental issues for most of my life and advanced gum disease for years. I was referred to Dr Devoll from another dentist when she told me I would need surgery to correct my periodontitis. Terrified, I went. Dr Devoll is fantastic and explained everything in a very gentle and informative manner. After being anxious about it for a long time I finally went in for my surgery (gingivectomy + all 4 wisdom teeth extraction + bone graft) this past Friday and received IV Sedation. The process was over before I knew it (I don't remember anything at all after the medicine went in) and the recovery process has been nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. They gave me plenty of time, information, and reassurance beforehand. Good meds for recovery. I never felt rushed or pressured at all during the whole process. Dr Devoll and his staff are true professionals, the best I've ever seen in the field of dentistry. They are caring and I feel way less scared about dental work as a result. Dr Devoll is someone you can trust. I will be going here as long as he is practicing. Can't recommend high enough.

I had gum grafting done and some how, they made it seem like an almost enjoyable experience! :) I had a few questions during my recovery and when I called I got an immediate answer or someone called me back quickly. It is like service we used to always expect in the past but rarely get today. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

You can tell that they actually have compassion and are not showing up just for the sake of having a job. My concerns have always been addressed properly and I'm always handled with care. I recently had the pleasure of visiting New Teeth Dental, and I can confidently say that my…read moreexperience exceeded all expectations! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by my first name and a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which set the tone for the entire visit. First and foremost, the staff at New Teeth Dental are nothing short of amazing. They are all bubbly, friendly and easily approachable for questions and concerns. Each team member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and professional. The receptionist welcomed me with a genuine smile and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. At New Teeth I never feel like just another patient; I feel valued and cared for right from the start.Just by sitting in the lobby you will notice how attentive the staff are to their patients. They take the time to answer questions, explain procedures, and ensure everyone feels comfortable. It is clear that patient care is a top priority there. When it was time for my consultation, Dr. Kalli Hale, instantly put me at ease with her warm demeanor and approachable attitude. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment options available to me. Dr. Hale's expertise was evident, but what impressed me most was her ability to communicate complex dental concepts in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured; instead, I felt empowered to make informed decisions about my dental health. When I had questions, she answered them respectfully and proficiently. The dental hygienist, Huy, was equally impressive. He was not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, which made the cleaning process as comfortable as possible. He explained each step, ensuring I felt relaxed throughout. There was never a moment in my entire visit where I felt as if I was confused or anxious about what was happening. It's clear that the team at New Teeth Dental values patient comfort, and it made a world of difference. After my treatment, the staff provided detailed aftercare instructions and scheduled my follow-up appointments seamlessly. They made sure I had all the information I needed, and I left feeling confident about my dental health moving forward. It is a unique experience to leave a Dental office in better spirits than when you arrived, but at New Teeth it is the norm. Overall, my experience at New Teeth Dental was outstanding. The combination of a friendly, capable staff and a commitment to patient-centered care creates an environment that is both welcoming and professional. If you're looking for a dental practice that truly cares about its patients and delivers exceptional service, look no further than New Teeth Dental. I can't recommend them highly enough! I am confident that you will receive the best care possible here. Thank you, New Teeth Dental, for always going above and beyond to make my visit a positive one! The high standard you are setting for small business in our community is seen and appreciated.

I've been coming to see Dr. Rodriguez and his team for years now, despite living very far away. The…read morefirst visit was an emergency visit as I bit down too hard during the night and chipped off a part of my back teeth! He quickly scheduled a visit for that day and took a look at it. He diagnosed the problem and filled in the gap it left quickly. It felt weird for awhile, but I'm used to it now. I also go see the hygienist 3-4 times a year now to get my teeth specially cleaned and treated since I do have trouble with my gums and teeth and the extra cleanings help mitigate the damage from genetics and also not going to the dentist for years prior (cause they are way scarier than doctors and anything else, right?!). Now that I go more often, the fear has lessened and my teeth and gums are way healthier - which also makes them hurt less when I go in for my next visit. Funny how that cycle works. The office is super nice and clean. The staff are friendly. They have text and phone call reminders for your upcoming visits. I knew nothing about my insurance or my husband's at all and they were able to look it up for us and let us know what services we qualify for and financial alternatives if we needed. There is a semi-private parking lot so you can almost always find a decent parking place. It's close to Bay Brook mall so you can get some shopping in before or after a visit if you've taken a half day from work or left a little early and don't want to pick up your kids right away. Also close to lots of food and other shopping strip malls if Bay Brook isn't your jam. My dentist works an hour away from where I live but it's worth the drive once you find someone you gel with and are comfortable seeing. And most dentist visits are only twice a year so the drive is worth it, especially in Houston, where anywhere worth going is a drive anyways. I definitely recommend Premier Dental!

I Never Thought a Dentist's Office Would Feel Safe…read more It started with a dull throb. Not sharp at first, just a heavy, rhythmic pulse that settled in and refused to leave. The kind of pain you try to ignore because you're tired of being "the sick one." But I've learned that for me, a toothache is never just a toothache. It's another reminder of the long, painful war my body has been fighting against itself. I live with gastroparesis and GERD, two chronic digestive conditions that affect nearly every part of my daily life. Gastroparesis means my stomach doesn't empty the way it should. Food sits there too long, causing constant nausea, bloating, pain, and exhaustion. GERD is chronic acid reflux, where stomach acid repeatedly flows back up into the esophagus. It burns. It damages tissue. And while most people think of heartburn, they don't realize how destructive that acid can be over time. Night after night, while I'm asleep, that acid creeps upward. It erodes enamel. It weakens teeth. It undoes years of careful brushing, flossing, and trying to do everything "right." There's a special kind of heartbreak in watching your body damage something you've worked so hard to protect. It makes you feel betrayed by your own biology. And then there's the anxiety. For years, the dentist was one of my biggest fears. The chair. The smells. The sounds. The feeling of being trapped and vulnerable while already in pain. Just thinking about an appointment could trigger a full panic attack. I avoided going for as long as I could, convincing myself I could push through the pain because, somehow, that felt easier than facing the fear. Until I found Miller Dentistry. From the moment I walk through the door, something changes. The space doesn't feel cold or rushed. I don't feel judged for the damage my illness has caused. I feel seen. Like a human being, not a problem to fix. The staff there became the backbone of my bravery. They don't rush me. They don't minimize my fear. They explain every step before it happens and check in constantly, making sure I'm okay before they even think about picking up a tool. Slowly, visit by visit, the panic that once controlled me started to loosen its grip. And then there's Dr. Miller. He's the kind of doctor you rarely encounter. Not just skilled, but deeply human. He took the time to understand how my chronic illness affects my teeth and my anxiety. He never made me feel like a burden. He did something that still amazes me. He gave me his personal cell phone number. Not as a gesture, but as a promise. If something goes wrong, if pain spikes, if fear takes over, I'm not alone. That kind of care changes everything. Knowing I can reach him gives me a sense of safety I didn't think was possible in dental care. It's not just about fixing a tooth. It's about trust. It's about being believed. It's about having someone in your corner when your body feels like it's constantly failing you. My journey with gastroparesis and GERD isn't over. It's painful. It's unpredictable. And my teeth may always be at risk because of it. But when I'm sitting in that chair at Miller Dentistry, I don't feel like a victim of my illness. I feel protected. I feel understood. I feel grateful in a way that's hard to put into words. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm in the best possible hands. Thank you Dr. Brad Miller & everyone at Miller Dentistry
