They have helped me with identity theft by overseas scammers, upgrading my checking account, halting fraudulent transactions, identifying CD rates and so much more. I'm grateful that such a helpful establishment exists in this day and age. Their wonderful ladies and gentlemen are well-trained. I also appreciate the fine folks who work for the Webster call center as they, too, have helped me numerous times.

It was a 3 year cd. When I said something, I was told "we have lawyers " not sure what that meant, I took it as - lawyers sanction all the banks polices, so I guess they are justified in there own minds to take my money. Good customer service would dictate that the bank in good faith could have given me some, most or all of my interest back. Very disappointed with Key Bank New Haven on Church Street. Their New Account and Back Office…read more customer service is extremely poor and follow up is a ZERO. I was very understanding at first but this has been 3 full months and my account has not been setup or any calls or correspondence with the person I was working with in that office . They have all my information I had a promo deposit at $10 and 90 days later you get $250 at this point I lost it all. I setup online initially not sure what happened they had 2 accounts for me. An easy fix and still it's not done see it myself so the BACK OFFICE is unprofessional as well. Every KeyBank has a POOR REVIEW with the exception of Amity and 1298 Dixwell they should say a lot to the company. The person I dealt with at the front counter was very nice and then I thought the new customer account Rep won't say her name was nice as well but her follow up is not good. All my emails were deleted and thought was a spam/scam yet I made it perfectly clear in the email my reason for contact. I followed up several times I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED in the ENTIRE service if my information wasn't already there I would say FORGET IT. You have all my information the fix is on your end and still not done. I would give a ZERO start if there was that opinion.
