He was nice and went over the options. When we spoke with Ronny we told him we were looking for Bluetooth speakers so we could play music from our phones in our home. We both work from home and I also game online so we wanted the fastest internet so we wanted plug in jacks in each room which they said would not be a problem. They also offered a security doorbell camera and stated our HOA pays for the monitoring service. So after speaking with Ronny we decided to add Cat6 wiring to the house, speakers for our pool area, speakers for our great room, and a video doorbell solution. Fast forward 10 months and out home is done and we get to move in. First there is no video doorbell installed. I talk to Ron and Sons and they state I need to sign up for the service first and again state that my HOA covers the service. After a lot of back and forth I find out they will pay for basic service which is if you have a land line (which we don't). So we have to sign up for a wifi adapter which is $10 a month. So we felt a little duped. I asked Ron and Sons to install the doorbell that we paid for without monitoring service so we could just use the app and they stated that wasn't possible. Second, after our internet is hooked up the outlets in each room don't work. The internet provider tells me Ron and Sons will have to come out to configure. Ron and Sons has still not been out to the property to correct this. We have lived here 6 months now. Third, the speakers are not Bluetooth at all which I am 100% sure we spoke about. To even get these speakers to work we needed to add an amp, a volume control for the inside speakers. Why would Ronny have let us leave the initial meeting knowing we would show up in our home with speakers that don't even work? On top of that, they wouldn't even let me transfer the money I paid for the doorbell to finish the audio setup. I would not do business with this company as I feel they lack integrity and have not even tried to make anything better.

We had an old website from the mid-2000's that was in major need of a facelift and we decided to it was time for an overhaul. Reema was our point of contact and helped us thru the design process with the initial site. We gave her an idea of what we wanted, which she received well and improved upon greatly. Emails and phone calls were promptly handled and she made the design process very easy thru all of the minor changes and adjustments. She setup and managed our company email and all of the hosting necessary for the website. The pricing was very fair and we were charged the amount that we were quoted. We had a new and beautiful website for a fair price. After a few years of having the new website and great support from Stickboy, they recommended us to consider building a new site that was written in HTML5 and that was "responsive" , meaning that the same website was seen regardless of which device was viewing it (Mac, PC, iPhone or Android). Some may have viewed this as a sales pitch but after some serious research, their recommendation was spot on. Reema was still active in the company but we were given a new designer, Harrison, to build and manage our website. Harrison did a phenomenal job with the new site. He created it so that we were able to make a lot of our changes on our own without having to call (and pay) Stickboy. With the new code, our bounce rate dropped dramatically and our website hits increased by 40%. Everything they said the new website would do happened even better than anticipated. From day one, Stickboy has been professional, attentive and a pleasure to work with. They can convey technical things to non-tech people very well and their service has been nothing but stellar. Web design companies are a dime a dozen these days but I doubt many can live up to the high standard that Stickboy has delivered to our business for the past 6 years. We followed their recommendation on equipment and were even billed for additional work when the system they told us would originally work, didn't - and then even with the additional work and additional equipment the system still doesn't work. It shouldn't be difficult to get 6 cameras to work - but we have never had more then 1/2 the system working at any point in time. The most recent event in this nightmare was a security incident we had this morning. We had construction equipment stolen right from our driveway, and of course the cameras were not operating and didn't record anything! Only after calling them every week will they come out and try to fix. Tired of calling them, sending them videos of non working system, and hearing how they are busy on bigger jobs - wish they would just do the right thing and take back their equipment and refund our money.
