I have attempted to contact this company repeatedly requesting a cancellation and refund of their product. The only response from them is I have a ticket number and a tech will contact me. I do want need a tech. I want a notice of cancellation of their product and a notification of refund. I also wonder why my password has been changed in their records??? l purchased Easy Duplicate Finder June 26 for 69.90. It was not doing what it said it would do and when it found duplicates that l deleted t also deleted both copies. Luckily l was smart enough to do this with tests rather than needed documents. When l mentioned this to their representative Leonard via email, he offered no help but wanted to see the log that was created. l sent that to him on 3 different occasions. Finally l asked for a refund only to be told the refund is "in review"...it's now been in review for 2 months! I get no responses to my emails and a Mike Summers, l believe the CEO, intervened on my Facebook post of dissatisfaction 6 days ago. He has not responded since. l am contacting my bank to reverse the charge as product not received because what l paid for that doesn't work right was in fact the same as not received. read more

I have had a software problem with their duplicate finder programs and have contacted Webminds many times to no avail. No response to multiple emails and have never spoken to a live person as all the calls go through to voicemail. It gives me the impression that they are only interested in me buying their products and not supporting them if things go wrong. read more

I was a customer of RegAce for several years, but my license ran out and I needed to clean up my computer. On Oct 14, 2014, I signed up for another year for $29.95 with PayPal. I downloaded it, but couldn't register it, and also found I had been charged $39.92, which was for 2 yrs. I contacted RegAce. After several email exchanges, I still couldn't register the software, so I finally found another program that did the job I needed and I asked RegAce for a refund. Again, after several emails, I finally received an email on Oct 30 stating that I would receive the refund in at least 10 days, possibly longer. When I still hadn't received the refund on Dec 18, I emailed the rep I'd been dealing with, but he wouldn't respond. I went on their website and sent 2 other emails, but received no response. I contacted PayPal, but because it had been over 45 days since the transaction, they won't help me, and because it's been more than 60 days, neither will my bank. I thought I was just being patient, but RegAce took advantage of the situation to cheat me. Needless to say, I'll never buy from them again and will do everything I can to save others from making the same mistake I did. read more
