I retained Diego Lebaudy's services for a recent real estate transaction and couldn't be more…read morepleased with the results. After looking a long time for the right home, and negotiating a purchase contract including a specific closing date, the owners of the property decided to arbitrarily and unilaterally demand a 6 week extension. Lebaudy's staff was always responsive and helpful in getting the owners to fully understand the predicament they were putting us in, and the potential liability they faced due to their actions. In the end, we were able to take possession of the property 2 weeks late, but far better than the proposed 6 weeks which would have made my children and I homeless due to the sale of our home. I greatly appreciate the diligence and professionalism of Diego and his staff in resolving what could have been a far more difficult transaction. In the end everything was resolved to my satisfaction in a timely manner and without further distress.
