I asked if I can see the X-ray but they said you wouldn't be able to see it as it is in between. Came back to get them filled and the dentist and the assistant were talking about how they are going on a Disney cruise with their family and how they should be closed on Saturday as I'm sitting there Saturday and the doctor needs time off because they are working so much? What? Why should I be hearing this as a patient. I understand they shouldn't just work their in silence on my teeth but maybe understand your patients can hear you and choose a different topic of conversation versus complaining about your work schedule on the day I'm sitting there. Then confusion on billing. All I need to know is the price you are charging me and then I can call my insurance myself to confirm what is covered! 2 fillings is a normal procedure so either they upsold me or lied about their cost. Fast forward 6 months for my cleaning. Reached out for a reminder and only has 1 appointment time available in the next 3 weeks. I said okay, I will call back. Was able to text and confirmed an appointment but unfortunately after I confirmed a major change in my schedule for work changed and here I am 4 days later trying to get a hold of the office to change and/or cancel out of respect for their schedule and can't get a hold of anyone. Was on hold for a total of 50 minutes!!!!! Sent the texts back for 4 days asking to cancel and/or change and then submitted another request online to cancel/change but nothing. This is a simple cleaning! I understand if I needed more extensive work but there a million other dentists in the state of Nebraska that can do that and clearly this place does not. Hire more staff or stay open longer to accommodate your patients!! I'm giving up and taking my insurance money elsewhere!

I will NOT comeback this place after been 2 year with them. DO NO RECOMMENDATIONS to everyone too…read more I just have DEEP clean in October or November everything was good. The Hygienist lady who pretty nice told me come back in 3 months for Regular Check up and cleaning. Then i made appointment in January. So before app i called ask if will be charge for regular cleaning cause i also call insurance they said should be cover 2 time for year. Then i went to my appointment 2:30 i got done at 2:56. Which like 20 min No XRAY... then I thought why is so quick maybe Regular cleaning. Then I GoT a bill. I call ask why and acc lady got angry with me. Because they have to do different type of cleaning causes i have a lot built up.IF i got a lot built up with only take less then 20 mins to clean my teeth? So app at 2:30 done 2:56 is the time i get out and call my driver to pick me up.and is take almost 10 mins for her to made another appointment for next time . I still have records in my phone showing the time i call my drivers. So 20 mins no Xray or anything and said i have a lot built up so charge me different type of cleaning? And what is customer service with the billing lady when i wondering about my bill?

If you have previous traumatic dental experiences, if the thought of going to the dentist incites…read morepanic to the point you avoid going, there is a place you can go where your fears will be respected and you will be treated with care, compassion, and gentleness. The horrors inflicted on far too many people in the dark years of denistry's past has left many older adults with intense fear of dentists. I know I'm one of them. My teeth have suffered from my terror of dentists. Yesterday I summoned my courage to visit Dr. Amy Ruf at The Dentists at Ralston Square. Dr.Ruf has a true heart for her patients and does everything in her power to make people feel safe and comfortable with her. She is first dentist that I have felt I just might learn to trust in time. If you have avoided the dentist out of fear, I hear you. If you can summon the courage, go see Dr. Amy at Ralston Square. She will take good care of you.

To start, the lovely lady at reception was welcoming, kind and the perfect introduction to the office! The office itself has lots of games, video games and toys in the waiting area to keep kids of all ages entertained while they wait, as well as TVs with movies and shows for kids going. When we went back, right when our appointment was scheduled to start, our hygienist, who I think was named Abbie (so sorry if I got the wrong name!) was so nice and put my toddler at ease so quickly! I was nervous that her first appointment would be rough because it's a new experience and she can be very shy with people, but Abbie engaged her so well! Our dentist, Dr. Amanda was also amazing with her! She explained options for tooth paste and gave good advice about when/how to change it up as my daughter grows. I'm so very thrilled we will be bringing my daughter here! As someone who grew up with very stressful dental experiences, it's such a weight off my shoulders to know that my daughter has Smile Station!

He is absolutely amazing!!!!!  His knowledge, current technology and most of all his compassion for his patients is something that I can't even find words to describe.  I have had a lot of dental work done so I know the good from the bad I have 100% trust in Dr Shnayder and his amazing staff.   The office is absolutely gorgeous!!! The location is easy to find and easy to access. The front desk gals are so down to earth and make you feel at ease the minute you walk in the door. I can not say enough about Amy the surgical assistant.  She takes you back to the procedure room and makes you completely forget that you are there for surgery. The most recent addition that I have dealt with is Dr Nord.  I had a procedure last week and had a few questions over the weekend.  She immediately answered my call, answered my questions and put my mind at ease. Village Point Oral Surgery is the top rated Oral Surgeon for a reason!!

After 26 years as a patient, I was shocked by how this office handled my situation…read more Dr. Hoover has always been kind, but the front office and billing were aggressive, inconsistent, and extremely difficult to deal with. I was told a procedure would be covered and that it would be verified in advance. It was not, due to insurance frequency limits. I was later told I owed around $360, which was very disturbing because I would have paid it immediately if that had been accurate. After reviewing my insurance records in detail, I found the actual disputed amount was only $90 -- a major difference that was never clearly explained. In trying to resolve this, I was told a courtesy adjustment was applied, but it was applied to a different tooth than the one in question (#10 vs #11). There also appeared to be a resubmission of the same work under a different code, which contributed to the insurance denial and confusion over what was actually owed. When I attempted to clarify this, including speaking with the doctor's wife, the interaction became confrontational. When I pointed out that the courtesy had been applied to the wrong tooth and that the claim had already been paid under another entry, I was challenged in an aggressive tone and asked how I knew that. My response was simply that these are my insurance records and my teeth, and I had reviewed the documentation carefully. I was also given conflicting information about a required $50 deposit, which added to the confusion and lack of trust in how the billing was being handled. After raising these concerns, I was dismissed from the practice. After 26 years, I was treated like a problem instead of a patient.

I had purchased 20 units and I was able to get my forehead treated with that amount. There was no pressure at all when I declined. Overall, I am very happy with the results! I knock them one star because when I arrived there were 2 staff without masks, which I found odd for a dental office. When I inquired about this, the woman who was helping me did end up putting on a mask.
