The office itself has lots of games, video games and toys in the waiting area to keep kids of all ages entertained while they wait, as well as TVs with movies and shows for kids going. When we went back, right when our appointment was scheduled to start, our hygienist, who I think was named Abbie (so sorry if I got the wrong name!) was so nice and put my toddler at ease so quickly! I was nervous that her first appointment would be rough because it's a new experience and she can be very shy with people, but Abbie engaged her so well! Our dentist, Dr. Amanda was also amazing with her! She explained options for tooth paste and gave good advice about when/how to change it up as my daughter grows. I'm so very thrilled we will be bringing my daughter here! As someone who grew up with very stressful dental experiences, it's such a weight off my shoulders to know that my daughter has Smile Station!

He is absolutely amazing!!!!!  His knowledge, current technology and most of all his compassion for his patients is something that I can't even find words to describe.  I have had a lot of dental work done so I know the good from the bad I have 100% trust in Dr Shnayder and his amazing staff.   The office is absolutely gorgeous!!! The location is easy to find and easy to access. The front desk gals are so down to earth and make you feel at ease the minute you walk in the door. I can not say enough about Amy the surgical assistant.  She takes you back to the procedure room and makes you completely forget that you are there for surgery. The most recent addition that I have dealt with is Dr Nord.  I had a procedure last week and had a few questions over the weekend.  She immediately answered my call, answered my questions and put my mind at ease. When it comes to dental work, a dental/ortho office should stand behind their work a lot longer than a year and make it right when it fails. I had a permanent retainer put in and when one half came un-bonded, I called the office immediately and was told I would have to pay $90 to have them re-bond the side that came undone. That's ridiculous! It was done late 2019 and permanent retainers SHOULD last 10-20 years not barely 2 years. I ended up going to a more reputable dental office that specializes in orthodontia and only paid $30. Seems to me it's more important for Omaha Ortho to collect $$$ than stand by their product, make it right and keep a patient. Horrible service. Horrible product. Bad bad bad

There was a problem with one of my fillings falling out and Dr Hoover was quick to fix the issue. I would recommend getting on their schedule as soon as possible if you're looking for a cleaning. My appointment is about a month out for that. Dr Mike Hoover said him and his Dad have been in the same converted house dental office since the beginning. It's good to support a small local business!
