He diagnosed the problem with our oven quickly and went out to his truck to grab the part for our 18 year old oven! He gave me what I thought was an estimate, but it was actually the final price (parts and labor)! He pulled the oven door off, unscrewed a panel, checked the voltage and replaced the part and tested his work. He was in and out in 30 minutes. We had a conversation while he was working. I asked him if he worked on washers and dryers, too, because ours is getting up there. In the process he also gave me a recommendation on what to buy next and why!! I received this text from Robert "We are truly sorry our guys can't make it to you on time today we was running behind and I was currently on the plane with no service. I can refund you your $20 to Venmo on Monday morning I can send it to your Apple Pay right now whichever one works best for you once again we are truly sorry!! " I requested a $20 deposit refund by Venmo on Monday morning. We never received a refund for the deposit. Unfortunately, we would not be able to recommend this company. Our experience was not good.
