Our refrigerator was leaking on top and my husband did a google search and found AASAP Appliance. James said he would be at our house by 8 AM and he didn't disappoint..he was there before 8! Incredible service. My dishwasher would halt mid-cycle with a diagnostic indicating a failed drain pump motor. James came out to replace the motor, and found that a small piece of plastic had made its way past the filter and was lodged in the drain pump motor, keeping it from spinning correctly. He removed the piece of plastic, reassembled everything, and the tested the system for 30 minutes or so. He then only charged me the extremely reasonable base service charge. Probably saved me at least $300. read more

Called them and they came on a Saturday and determined the fan failed. Ordered a replacement fan and searched for the best price and took advantage of discount due that I'm aa Veteran. We had a high efficiency washer that had coins rattling between the inner drums. Although he had never seen this problem before, he quickly determined how to accedd the coins and extract them. He had to order a new rib for the drum and installed it a couple days later. He only charged $40 for the first visit and the cost of the new rib. A bargai!! Keeping AASAP on my speed dial. read more
