I was shopping and proceeded to buy a few things, and was told by the two cashiers that my gift card was expired, the card did say good for one year, but it had no date on it. The cashiers were flippant when I said, I would not make my purchase and told me to have a great day. I sent two messages to the store with no response to confirm this policy because I did not know the date of my gift card as it was a returned merchandise card, no one answered my messages, with that I made several phone calls, always told to ask for someone different, finally I left my phone number, and the owner called me back to tell me that their policy is posted, the date is written on the gift card to remind you to redeem it, there is no date written on my gift card so Flirt manage to keep my $138.12.
