Had bad experience with manager J ( maybe jay ?) when i was checking out with my items he started…read morepulling them from the register saying there is a limit of 1 ? I had 7 bottles that i wanted to buy and there was no sign saying that there was a limit to begin with. For him to do that without a sign is ridicules . The store missed out on 200$ + in sales since each bottle was 30$. The rest of the staff was nice but because of his behavior i would not recommend shopping here .

The membership would allow me to purchase SBS products at their discounted rates. I returned 2 hours later, still dressed in the same clothing, and the cashier acted like she had never seen, nor spoken to me. This was REALLY odd since there was no one in the store when I was there before and no one there, but her, when I returned. Was her memory THAT bad or was she on drugs? I spent over $100 dollars and didn't even receive a "thank you for your patronage". If this is their version of customer service, I will be shopping at other locations of SBS. This was just a little too odd for my taste.

We grabbed a few items (which we purchased of course) but they continued to follow us around like we were stealing or doing something wrong. I also got yelled at for smelling a tester perfume. Very weird vibes among the employees in here lmao. I have had to wait in a very long line inside the store (the length of an entire isle) the past two…read morevisits. They have closed the drive through window. while waiting in the line I hear people talking about the fact that they have been trying to get their prescriptions with no success. The woman in front of me in line looked so miserable due to having all her teeth extracted a week ago and this was her second try at getting her medicine for pain at this pharmacy! She got up to the counter (after her 45 min. wait in line) just to hear that the medicine was not all ready, and they were still working on one prescription! It is obvious that this pharmacy does not care about their customers needs - many with real pain or health issues requiring regular medication. I will know that they truly appreciate their customers when CVS fixes their poor customer service issues in the pharmacy. I will need to go back to pick up my husband's medication again and I am dreading it. Making the kind of money they make on drugs across this country, there should never be a wait or inconvenience to the customers paying for high cost of their medications.
