Since 2003, Mr. Webber has been admitted to practice law before the New York courts. Mr. Webber's practice encompasses all aspects of bankruptcy law as well as workers' compensation law, social security disability law, immigration law, and personal injury law. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Webber was employed as a law clerk within the New York corporate office of one of the nation's largest corporations. In that capacity, Mr. Webber's work covered all areas of employment law, including, but not limited to, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
