Instead of being met with compassion or professionalism, she was left in the lobby, then hit with an absurd fee demand before any real explanation of the process was offered or even inviting her into a private office. Worse than the lack of transparency was the attorney's attitude. He was condescending to her, mocked her for working in finance, and seemed to take pride in trying to humiliate someone who came to him for help. His outdated, arrogant demeanor felt more like a power trip than a legal consultation. She is the kind of human that would give you the shirt off her back and was met with disrespect. she's too nice to write this review - SO I AM. This kind of behavior isn't just unprofessional, it's disgusting. Bankruptcy is already a difficult and humbling process. No one should be shamed or gaslit for seeking legal guidance.
