Above & beyond! Michael Mainetti went above and beyond every…read moreexpectation I had for my case, his passion for his clients is unreal and unheard of these days. I reach out to Michael back in April of 2019 to talk to him about a very bad slip and fall I had, Michael is a GREAT communicator and listener of his client's needs. His knowledge of the law is unbelievable, everything you as a client should expect and more. Never once in the time working with Michael was I confused about anything or left in the dark. He made sure I understood everything every time we communicated whether over the phone or in person, he walked me through the process and answered every question I had (believe me I had a ton of question every time we talked). He never rushed any appointment and always made time to not only ask how I was doing through my treatment but made it a point to ask about my family knowing that in this process I wasn't the only one hurting. Michael ended up feeling like a lifelong friend and if you don't feel like this with your attorney then you have chosen the wrong one. I would recommend Michael Mainetti at Mainetti & Mainetti law firm to any and everyone looking for a personal injury attorney. Michael you are truly a great man and a hard working one at that, I thank you a million times over for everything you have done for not only myself but my family as well.   God bless you my friend

ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO-…read more My friend went into this law office TODAY May 2025 - for a bankruptcy consultation--already feeling anxious and vulnerable about possible taking that step. Instead of being met with compassion or professionalism, she was left in the lobby, then hit with an absurd fee demand before any real explanation of the process was offered or even inviting her into a private office. Worse than the lack of transparency was the attorney's attitude. He was condescending to her, mocked her for working in finance, and seemed to take pride in trying to humiliate someone who came to him for help. His outdated, arrogant demeanor felt more like a power trip than a legal consultation. She is the kind of human that would give you the shirt off her back and was met with disrespect. she's too nice to write this review - SO I AM. This kind of behavior isn't just unprofessional, it's disgusting. Bankruptcy is already a difficult and humbling process. No one should be shamed or gaslit for seeking legal guidance. This office should be absolutely ashamed of how they treat people. If you're looking for dignity and respect, look elsewhere.
