That being said she filed the necessary paperwork with minimal personal contact, made the necessary phone calls without much sacrifice or interpersonal conversation...she was cold. Needless to say this was a very difficult time. I wasn't looking for a best friend just a little sympathy which was next to nothing.. Several months ago I needed to change my name back to my maiden name but divorce document didn't stipulate that anywhere. New rules (post 9/11) require proof of your maiden name from Social Security administration in order to get a new card..This was all for new health insurance. When I spoke to Moran and explained that I had a 2-3 week window to apply for card and get insurance she said ok. THREE months later she had completed the job and called me in to say I needed to sign papers. First she quoted me one price, then another.. I went to her new downsized offices which were really dirty and papers were everywhere, no clean surfaces, and she was typically walking around barefoot..I like eccentricity but it was gross..She started to tell me that there was nothing to sign after all and that she thought I wasn't going to pay her so her asking me to sign off on papers was a ruse! There was nothing to sign...I had told her I was having surgery the next day and it was a major inconvenience to come in and when I questioned her she told me to go "FU*CK MYSELF"...She said she was having a bad day and that I was a difficult client!!!! Needless to say her secretary and I resolved the paperwork and I left very upset. This is an unstable and crazy lady!!
