I hired Marc to represent me in the sale of my home. Through the process, Marc did not check in at any time- and when i called him on a rare occasion, he would ALWAYS complain- his office was short handed, his friend was sick, he didn't feel well etc. It was highly unprofessional- i had never experienced such a low level of service. I was then advised by my realtor he found out Marc had signed a contract to represent buyers after receiving my signed contract. It is one thing to be an attorney not servicing his client- but legal professional ethics and obligations come into play when the attorney plays both sides of the table.
