We emailed him and he said he would get if finished. We called the office numerous times and were told it wasn't done or it would be by noon that day. We also sent emails that were ignored. When we finally spoke to him, he half apologized. At that point I just wanted to get it over with. When I realized I needed to add another document, I brought it to the office and was told they would get back to me. I never signed my taxes, but they are now being deposited in my bank. How is this possible?! DO NOT use this unprofessional, untrustworthy office! They are only out for money and overcharge for services they took over a month to even respond to! They made me feel awful. I expected so much better and am left with the bad taste of distrust in my mouth.

Got charged $20 more than last year while it took us half the time (around 30 minutes). Not to mention that they had "lost" my appointment and I had to wait 30 minutes, they didn't offer compensation for that either, so I paid $175 for 30 minutes tax return.

Our painter left a gallon of paint in our bedroom without properly sealing the paint can. Why she…read morehad thought it was okay to store paint in our master bedroom is a different story, but living with two large dogs and two small children should tell you the consequence of my painter's poor decision: a half gallon of paint poured directly onto our brand new carpet (only two weeks old). Fortunately, Medalist Cleaners responded fast. They told me to drop a damp/wet towel on the mess and wait for them to suck it clean with their industrial wet-vac. They arrived about an hour later and went to work. 30 minutes after that, they had the paint completely sucked up. The fellow doing the cleaning asked me to check it for my satisfaction and I got in there and really rubbed my fingers and palms down into the carpet and padding. My hands came away looking clean, though closer inspection reviewed a very tiny, almost invisible residue in the cracks of my hands. I asked them to give it a second cleaning and the fellow obliged. The next time I ran fingers through the carpet, they came away clean. Nice job! Medalist Cleaners came fast and helped us in an emergency. I would use them again.

Reading statements with zero conviction and stumbled over his own words. Did not actually know what a IEP even was. Stopped responding to my text messages. We trusted him and his advice and it was the worst thing we could have ever done and now my 1st time offender son sits in jail with more jail time than others who have done far worse AND we are out a big chunk of money. Zero gonads and speaks to the judge like he is about to bear his testimony instead of defending his client. It is doubtful that he has ever been to trial for these types of cases, though he claims to represent this type of law. I could not be more disappointed with his service. Super nice guy and would make a wonderful Grandfather or someone to play golf with but don't hire him as your attorney and let him take your hard earned money. We are devastated and feel taken advantage of. FYI ( I left this same review on his business page and it never showed- is he cherry picking his reviews as well?)

Back in 2008 I was in a bad work-related accident and as the case drug on for over 7 years until they convinced me to settle in 2015. Well, as it turned out AETNA Insurance got more settlement money as a refund to my medical insurance that had covered my medical expenses while the case was being handled, then we got. We did settle the case based on their recommendation, but as of today I am still paying for the accident and I am so sorry that I settled when they recommended that I do that. Since 2015, I have had to have a neck fusion, several finger and wrist surgeries from gripping the steering wheel, a shoulder replacement. So, anyone thinking of settling a accident lawsuit please consider what the future may hold, and not depend on what the attorney recommends, just so they can get their money.
