Turns out that most fish sticks are made from Pollock. The TV was turned to the GSN (gameshow network) where Bob Barker was being handed a lifetime achievement award and I thought: a) he is still alive? and b) there is a gameshow network? I recently hosted a Bachelorette party at my cabin and brought the group of girls to the Local. The owner, Mike, did everything he could to make it a special night for us - even giving us a microphone and letting us belt our hearts out to all our favorite music we were playing on the juke box. The only bummer is they don't have a kitchen. They do have a food truck on certain nights (check their Facebook page) and also a variety of frozen pizzas. Great place!
