Absolute trash of a "company" ..Bought a xr iphone it had some issues brought in in once and…read moretemporarily fixed it.Brought it in the second time and left with a'i dont know' and they cracked the back glass of my phone.Then Saturday went to have it looked at a third time and left with water damage behind my front screen a perfect round water bubble the size of a pencil eraser that appeared right before i was about to leave and they were not expecting me to ask to check my phone before i left so i could show them the date i bought the phone.Thats when this little water droplet started to drip down the front of my screen and im showing them in real time the 'Owner' is literally watching this water drip down behind my screen and leave a trail and looking me straight in the eyes saying i brought him a broken phone when he literally was just on the phone with me showing me that it must not be the battery issue it was a charging chip that they wanted to try and charge me 199$ and having the phone for 36 days at this point and have had it in several times for a "battery" issue that didnt exist.They are either trying to be spiteful or void any kind of warranty that could be applied and im assuming it is for both reasons ..Look on google reviews for all the details that took me a half hour to type out from all the bullshit i had to go through yesterday you might have to scroll past all the fake reviews that they try to bribe people with a 10% discount if you leave a positive review to cover all the incredibly awful things they do and how they treat there customers. This company charged me more than an extra hundred dollars a month for the same policy at several other competitors. Inquiries about why my policy was so high were met with disinterest and excuses but no real facts. I called to make a change to my policy to try and make it cheaper and was still charged previous amount. The resulting phone call to inquire how that happened was met with the older woman who works for Murphy screaming at me and then hanging up. There was no aggression on my part and no warning on hers before she let me have it. All I did was explain the situation and ask if the difference could be applied to next months bill. So glad it happened with witnesses present because the situation was so unbelievable the reality gets lost in retelling. I have NEVER had someone in a professional capacity talk to me like that, much less with no apparent reason. I feel bad she had a bad day but that had no bearing on my policy.
