Initially, we had a minor leak but Miller responded with professional and courteous speed. The gutters were especially neat as they have a sleek and seamless linear appearance and includes a full 5-inch opening. They also installed a stainless steel perforated top to screen debris. It started leaking in the top of the windows so that means improper flashing job. I called, they would get right over. Four return contacts to them and videos of the leaks. No one has returned to make the repairs. So you decide, less than six months, leaks. No return to make the repairs.

Poor communication on the…read moresalesman's part, poor workmanship on the installers part, no respect for the newly installed landscaping by the young "boys" doing the work. The wrong size J channel used to install shake siding on the gable ends (thus making them pop out of the J channel with extreme temperature change). They made one attempt to correct when the project was completed, but whatever they did, it did not work. After a few months the repair failed again. This time I called the  Account Mgr. Nelson Kline who said they would take care of the problem, however, after (8+) months and (4) other attempts to communicate with him on when and how the repair would be handled, he stopped replying nor would he return my call.

I started having problems with back door last winter, 2019, and tried my best to keep up with it, but it never worked for very long. Finally, decided to call them last month, July 2020. There was a question about a warranty. However, last week, I received a call saying they were "in the neighborhood and just noticed that my address, which was close to where they were, was on their list". They wanted to know if I was available now and I told them terrific, yes, come over! I asked if they wore masks and was told yes. They were here within 15 mins., did a wonderful job repairing the problem and even assisted by doing something a little extra; no charge. The two gentlemen were very pleasant and I would recommend them very highly.

Gutter Logic is a middle man that tries to get you to spend $10,000 on gutter guards. Don't waste…read moreyour time or money dealing with them. They moved my original install date once because "other jobs took longer than expected." There was confusion about the new date, and even after that was settled they didn't even show up on that date. They did not notify me ahead of time either. Apology after apology, 4 weeks after my original install date on the agreement, my gutters were installed by a third party. I paid a premium, I thought it was because I was dealing with a great company but it was just because I was duped into using a middle man. The installer did great work, I wish I dealt directly with them.
