We essentially needed to gut the majority of the inside and remove all the exterior to the studs, leaving us needing a completely new roof and siding. Brian did an incredible job working with our insurance to get us a whole new roof! His communication is absolutely excellent and it's only exceeded by his desire and ability to make sure his customers are 100% happy with every aspect of every job done. This entire process has been a big nightmare for us, but Brian has made it exponentially easier by his involvement. If you're looking for a general contractor for any housing project, we would highly recommend Brian. He is fair with pricing, a joy to work with and ensures that his crews meet customer satisfaction, 100% of the time.

Excellent Contractor! Absolutely Loved Them!…read more We had Scott of JLS and his crew redo our roof and siding, as well as some carpentry work, adding a gable, dorm, craftsman awnings and rebuilding our front porch overhang craftsman style. I have been doing construction for 30 years myself, so I am very familiar with the trades and construction, but this project was too big for me to tackle myself. I was nervous hiring someone, and we had 6 contractors look at the job, but I could not be happier with our choice of using JLS. Extremely professional, great communication and very easy to work with. I made several changes and added multiple things as we went along but Scott made the whole process very smooth and his prices were very reasonable, several extra things he just took care of at no cost. I watched them closely and they give a lot of attention to detail, they were very clean. They were like family by the end of the job, I was even comfortable leaving the doors unlocked as they were good people. If you are nervous about hiring an honest and reasonable contractor that does quality work, you will not need to worry if you use JLS. They surpassed my expectations!

Never again! If you're looking for a contractor that leaves a mess behind after they're supposedly…read morefinished then this is the company for you! After soaking us for $4600.00 they performed a so called exterior house wash and afterwards the house was covered with a disgusting white residue that wasn't there before they started! A week later they showed up again to I guess finish the job which was supposed to include re staining the East and South side of the house which is what I requested. They only finished partial sections of each side as they didn't think the other sections needed re coating. What they fail realize is that I'm the paying customer which makes me the boss of what I want done to my own house! The solution for the disgusting white residue left behind earlier was that they were going to try and power wash the outside of the house and foundation. I have riverbed stone in my landscaping around the house and when they blasted the foundation stone the riverbed stone was blown out and away from the house and onto my side and yard! Also, the dirt underneath the stones was blown up onto the freshly stained wall that they had just finished! Now as the home owner once I arrived home from work and saw the mess that they had left behind I thought for sure that there was no way that they were finished. I called into their office the next day to find out what was happening and was informed that they were completed! The receptionist connected me with the owner and I found him to be uneasy to deal with as once I informed him of what I was concerned about he informed me that those were minor issues. That left a very bad taste in my mouth to the point where I didn't want them ever coming back to my home and my wife and I would clean up their mess. Beware of a company that isn't a member of the BBB and only has nothing but five star positive reviews as no company is always perfect with everyone!

They are very receptive to ideas and changes that may occur to us during the project. They are easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable about a wide range of subjects. I am so impressed by them that I have given them their own set of keys and the security code to my alarm system so they can have access to the house even if we're not around.

The Yelp review of 2015 caught our eye recently given our experience with Brian St. Jean/Infinity…read moreHomes and Remodeling was very similar. Infinity Homes and Remodeling was contracted for a whole house renovation in 2020/2021. We made repeated attempts to address everything from Summit County code /permit violations to construction quality issues --- to this day we had and still have water leakage in newly installed windows. Despite documentation and photos -- some issues were eventually resolved months and even a year later, others were not. We have incurred the cost to address issues ourselves despite Infinity Homes being paid in full for the faulty work. We contracted this company for 2 major home renovations within 3 years. We will never understand how this second project went so poorly. We learned a lot and one thing we will not do again -- trust a contractor with the expectation they would make things right. Check the contract for payments tied to key deliverables i.e. inspections/ approvals and work has been completed to manufacturer instructions, subs are reputable and licensed, proper permitting, building codes and county inspections are followed, completed and timely. Summit County Building Standards Department was an excellent resource to help educate us and understand county requirements and what we needed to do to obtain final approvals.
