Adair's has an extensive selection of flooring products; more than that, they have excellent and knowledgeable staff who offer the best in personal service. In addition, their installation is superior to any other company we have used. If you are weighing cost with value, I assure you that in the long run Adair's wins out on both counts. The customer service was from the past, like the golden era of the 50's, when companies actually cared about their clients. I would have a hard time expressing in a few short paragraphs how AMAZING the customer service was. We LOVED the finished product and the polite, kind and knowledgeable individuals they sent to do the work. Extremely easy going, hardworking and well spoken gentlemen. We felt extremely comfortable with these people in our home and actually became very good friends with several of them. They did extensive remodeling for us. Two entire floors of vinyl and carpeting as well as two major bathroom remodels. The attention to detail and follow-up were seriously like customer service we had become NOT accustomed to in todays day and age. WE HIGHLY recommend this company. In fact, we have already referred several friends and family members. In a world of fly by night construction and flooring companies this one stands WELL ABOVE any of the others we have dealt with. Seriously we interviewed at least eight companies. Thank goodness we chose Alweins! Just fabulous!

But that's not in the budget right now so I was looking to get them professionally cleaned. I found a coupon for this company in the local Valpak and decided to give them a try. Response: Very prompt to respond with an appointment available within 5 days Professionalism: My husband was home when the technician was there and he was impressed. Before anything started, the technician walked through the house room by room to verify what was being done with an upfront price. Quality: The technician did a good job. My carpets look (and smell) 10,000% better and my steps are fluffy! I didn't know that carpet was supposed to be fluffy.... Price: Fantastic, especially with the Valpak coupon Overall, I would use them again. I did have to knock 1 star off because the coupon advertised in Valpak stated that they move furniture but they only sent 1 technician and it is not possible to move my heavier furniture with 1 guy so under beds and dressers did not get done. Whenever a property needs flooring we call Dixie's and they take care of it quickly and definitely do high quality work. We have a maintenance staff and in the past we tried to save a buck by having our guys do the carpet install. Well, first of all our guys just aren't flooring professionals, so their work was not nearly as good as Ed's. Second, we ended up spending more on our guys going slower and making mistakes than if we just have Dixie's do the whole job. I did see some bad reviews on Google for Dixie's and I honestly think that is a situation where only the people with the rare bad experience speak up and 99% of everyone else is happy but don't speak up. But in any event I can tell you that we've had Dixies do close to 20 jobs for us by now and out of them I only recall one time where the result wasn't perfect....and on that occasion they promptly went out and took care of it.
