She was competent with the taxes but totally inflexible with adjusting for my quarterly estimated tax schedule. It cost me waaay more for her to do the adjustments for the end of the year quarter estimated taxes than what I would have saved by not paying the excess taxes (which would have been refunded in April). She had no memory for what we had agreed to in regard to the way I planned to pay the taxes. I think she had too many other clients to remember me. I'm " Gone with the Wind." My bill for her doing my taxes was more than twice what I paid from the first accountant. She should have been a gruby lawyer.
