I tried 4 other Muy Thai gyms before choosing Pacific Roots, and I'm so glad I did. The coaches here are amazing! They're so knowledgeable, welcoming, and make the classes fun. What made me choose them over others is the coaches actually take time to walk around during class to give guidance on techniques and they're always happy to address questions before, during, and after class. They also offer strength and conditioning classes, clinching, sparring, yoga, weights, and heavy bags. The athletes here range from brand new beginners to seasoned fighters. It's a great mix of people and even the athletes help one another. I would definitely recommend Pacific Roots and will continue to go. If you're looking for a family-feel environment and want to improve your Muy Thai skills and/or get great workouts, you should check it out.

His children's classes are fantastic, combining great technique and real self-defense with discipline, confidence building, and tons of positive energy.
