From the first moment we discussed a home loan, he laid out a strategic plan on how to obtain the right loan for us, helped us get a great deal, and closed quickly. To say we couldn't be happier doesn't fully explain our appreciation! The whole process went smoothly and Kyle's excellent communication throughout the whole escrow helped put us at ease. We had questions along the way, and he and his team were always available to answer them. We highly recommend Kyle and UWL and plan to refer him to friends and family looking for the same type of concierge service.

I think I got ridiculously lucky to work with such great people during my home search and buying…read moreprocess. Jake was recommended to me by a family member. I moved from a different city and didn't really know where to start. He's everything you want in a real estate agent, he's flexible, honest, professional, easy to reach at almost any time of the day, and he really looks out for your best interests. He was very upfront about what to expect and was always on top of things. He even came with me to my loan signing process to answer any of my questions. I had been trying with the idea of buying a house in the Elk Grove area for a little while, I'm from another city. A family member recommended him on a Wednesday, I text him on Friday, met with him and went to see a house of my choosing and made an offer on Sunday, got outbid, saw another house by Monday, made a bid and won by Wednesday. How ridiculous is that?! And he walked me through every step. He even reaches out to the listing agent to get a better idea of what it will take to get you the house you want. Long story short, the bid I won turned out to just not fit me, so we kept at it. Jake sent me listing after listing. He found a THE one that fit everything I wanted, an hour after it was listed. We went to see that house the very same day at 7pm and it was perfect. We out in our bid and won, beating out 10 other bids. Now I'm a homeowner! I couldn't say better things about him. He was my rock in the process. I highly recommend him and will be contacting him when I start looking for my next house!

This loan agency is full of crooks. Not even 2 months after closing I got a notice they sold my…read moreloan to someone else, then 2 months later another notice from PMR that they want to take over my loan again and when I inquired they said they would just sell it again to someone else. It hasn't even been half a year and they've sold my entire loan again and it's service to a national bank (TWO TIMES). Couldn't have been happier to refinance my whole mortgage not even a year later after closing. If you talk to anyone in the home lending business they'll probably tell you PMR has one of the highest interest rates in the area, long close times, and they're amateurs. I learned a year later that I could have saved a whole percent or more shopping around, instead of dealing with these guys using pressure sales tactics to pay money to buy down your interest rate. At the end of it after telling them dozens of times over the course Of my spoliation that my home statement and tax statement need to made out to the 3 owners they messed up all of my paperwork. Please do not make the same mistake I did and trust these crooks with your mortgage. I am now having to spend hours and hours of my time having to call in to their out of state customer service center who literally has no idea how to help or fix this mess. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you don't believe me look at my pics, PMR on average has rates a point higher, this is even after a 50% down payment!. After relentlessly reaching out to cailey and her team from the time we closed, the time we got our first mortgage statement, and now tax time (7 months later), she's been extremely reluctant to sink any of her time into fixing the paperwork her and her team originally messed up.
