Fast service on our living trust. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding We The People. I paid this company to handle the incorporation paperwork for my business, Memoriai AI Inc., in June 2026. Nearly FOUR MONTHS later, I am still waiting for the finalized paperwork I paid for. Not only did they prepare documents with my corporation's name SPELLED INCORRECTLY, but their handling of the matter afterward has been completely unacceptable. Endless delays, broken follow-through, virtually nonexistent communication, and absolutely no accountability. I have spent months chasing a company that already has my money. I should not have to beg a professional document preparation service to complete the very services it was hired and paid to perform. On September 17, I demanded a FULL REFUND. That request has also gone unresolved. Apparently, collecting payment is far easier for this company than delivering the services customers actually paid for. This experience has been an outrageous waste of my time and money. Their failure to deliver has unnecessarily delayed important business matters. I am pursuing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and California consumer protection authorities. If this is how We The People treats paying customers, prospective clients deserve to know before handing over their hard-earned money. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. ZERO SATISFACTION. ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE ZERO STARS IS NOT AN OPTION. read more

I was very happy to see that Beatrice and the new staff was able to get all my documents completed in a timely matter..I had a very difficult time with the previous staff as nothing was completed in a timely manner. I submitted paperwork for a TOD property transfer in February. I paid $169 and it was supposed to take 10 days. I was finally able to pick up my paperwork in May. This was a long frustrating process where I was ghosted throughout and had to contact corporate to get a response several times. There was never an apology during this process. Upon pick up I was assured the paperwork was complete. It was 2 sheets of paper out of a big packet I sent them. They said I only needed the 2 sheets. The paperwork takes 6 weeks for the HCD to process and it was finally sent back to me in August incorrect and incomplete so now I have to start over. This cost me valuable time and money. I have submitted a complaint to BBB and they ignore them too. Steer clear ofthis business. read more

They were efficient and friendly and really went the extra mile. When I went to court for my filing I still had questions and Gabriel was really great. Stayed on the phone with me until my questions were answered and issues resolved! I highly rwcom read more

So upon calling and talking for about 15 minutes. I was advised that no attorneys are in office and they cant legally review any documents.... I then asked how a living trust is reviewed by an attorney if they do not have attorneys. They said they just prepare the document and that is it.... doesn't sound safe at all with NO attorney present. Website completely lies and I will never ever use this company or trust them to handle a trust. read more

I have called the office 3 times to get my parents documents emailed to us for review and the receptionist just flat out lies that she is going to send them and never does. It's been a month since my parents made and amendment. They gentleman that helped us told us that they would call within 2 weeks for the final and it's been a month and nothing. We went there because a friend of my parents recommended them to them if we would of known that they are not professional enough to go by what they said. So disappointed and it's not cheap what they charge for them not to have the documents ready like they said. read more

Very good service and very helpful with reasonable prices. The staff is very knowledgeable

Do not attempt to use this place. They are liars. They say anything you want to hear so you sign their contract then take your money. They then go on to avoid calling you back or letting you know the status of your case. Gabriel the manager is incompetent and a liar. I am now recording all calls with him to have proof of his continuous lies. Save yourself the headache and time. They deserve 0 stars. read more

So We The People.. saw my post and Jennifer from corporate office called and said it was not there fault ... I should have seen my tax guy to complete a tax form. Why didn't they tell me to do that. They just fill out your forms any kind of way and take ur money and don't care to inform u what else u need to do. I would Never Never Recommend this business. read more

I honestly had an amazing experience all of them help you any questions or anything you need I did my divorce and child custody and they did an amazing job. I think I gave them so much headache by calling them every day but not once they were rude or anything like that thank you so much all of you and specially Gabriel you are truly amazing person God bless you thank you for helping with all the paper work I truly recommend this place.. ask for Gabriel tell him Sinthia send you.. read more

The people that work here are very nice (Mila, Veronica and Gabriel) It might be that they are over worked or something because communication is lacking. I had to constantly call and update myself, even when important forms needed to be met by a deadline. I did send my review to customer service. It was nice to receive a follow up call by Gabriel. I hope upper management helps them a bit so that others don't have the same experience I did. We pay money for great service and when it's not received it can be a little frustrating. read more

Mila is awesome, not only if she intelligent, she is very professional, very helpful, and has all the qualities that it would take to working in upper Management. If she is paid well, it would be an incentive for her to work really hard, and in return it would be a win-win situation. She gets the highest possible score, I could possibly give, great job Mila! read more

I don't consider myself someone who is hard to please, I just want people that are in business to take care of their customers. I can honestly say We The People of Granada Hills did just that. After pandemic, it seems the customer is not number one anymore, customer service is not a priority. But after having the need for some legal documents to be prepared and using We the People once before in 2006, I can say that they truly put the customer first and walk you through the whole process to get everything done correctly. read more

They took care of me and my wife from start to finish. I called for an appt., walked in to the office told them what our purpose and asked for other services they can offer and some explanations and fees. Comparing w/ other companies they are a lot cheaper and professionally dealing with clients. Most especial the secretary, Mila, giving you a warmed welcome while waiting for turn. We end up with The Living Trust other than what we were intended for in the first place. I recommend "We The People" for any legal transaction you have. read more

A year ago We The People helped me in getting my father's will ready. Ever since then, my father has a look of ease knowing that our family won't be divided by what happens to his estate. Gabriel, Veronica and Sofia were supposed to help with a divorce. They took all the money up front and then never sent back the documents they were supposed to in order to move forward. I chased them for 2 months following up and every time i would get "its on my desk I'm doing it today, and then never got back to me. Finally I asked for a refund which was approved after they all tried to convince me to continue working with them and of course, once again, never heard back. I emailed and called over and over for the last 2 months asking where my refund was and of course.. "well look into this" and never got back to me. Do yourself a favor, pay an extra 100 dollars and go somewhere else. They have nasty attitudes with ZERO customer service after they take ALL your money up front which isn't even legal. It's a joke. read more

This is in response to Summer A's comment about my post. First, WTP did not offer to refund notary fees, the only option offered was to go to the Pasadena office. Second, my mother and I spent well over an hour filling out paper work to revise her trust. And I did provide the information they neglected to collect at our initial meeting within 2 days at your office. Third, my mother was NOT happy with your service and did not understand why this took so long. Summer nice try to put WTP in a good light, but you guys blew this one. I will say that after my review that Adam from WTP did reach out with an apology and gave us a $100 refund to go out and have a dinner, and a 50% discount on any future service. read more

I am very surprised to see so many good reviews. -My documents came back riddled with mistakes, which I caught and had them redo. -I was given wrong information about their services. -It took over 2 months for me to finally get my documents filed, and I was filing for an emergency conservatorship. -After my petition was filed and I received copies of the filed papers, I noticed that there were 2 mistakes that were not corrected. The 2 wrong pieces of information were things that I had already talked to them about. THESE PEOPLE ARE EITHER INCOMPETENT OR CARELESS, OR BOTH. Shortly after I wrote a negative review on my experience using "We The People" for my divorce paperwork, Adam, the general manager, reached out to make things right. He asked me about my experience and empathetically listened, he apologized on behalf of the entire staff. He did what he could to fix things. Even though my experience was not good, I appreciate him taking the time to reach out and address my concerns. If I need any legal help in the future I will give them another try. read more

A few days after posting my poor service experience I received a call from the We The People associate who had processed my living trust document apologizing for my experience and also offering a discount off of any future services with their business. I told the associate that I appreciated the call and offer. A little over 3 months after my posting I was contacted by an official from the head office of We The People who wanted to speak with me to gain more insight into what drove me to post my negative Yelp review. He apologized and said that he was deeply sorry for the poor experience noting that there may have been factors such as Covid health restrictions and personal issues that may have contributed to the breakdown of their service. Having personally managed personnel in my professional life I told him that I understood that there are many things that a business faces daily and are a challenge, however, what my wife and I experienced should not have happened and would not have resulted in a negative review had the associate better communicated and provided expectations. I told the WTP official that my reason in posting the negative review was to alert potential customers what they might encounter and to also send a message to We The People management that they need to find ways to improve the customer experience. The official told me that he had spoken with the associate to corroborate what had transpired and coached him on how to improve his performance. He also said that an additional person would be added to the staff in the Granada Hills office to help with workflow and that they had also implemented a customer survey system where customers could provide feedback on their overall experience allowing management to better monitor the service that was provided and make necessary adjustments as needed. I told the official that I appreciated the follow-up and changes that were being installed and if effectively implemented should result in better customer experience. In concluding our discussion, the official again apologized for my experience and said that they had fallen short and should have managed better in providing a more satisfactory experience. He said that communication was lacking and that they have made changes to ensure that they would do a better job in the future. Totally unexpectedly he said that he would like to make up for the bad experience by providing me with a $150 refund and 50% off any future services that I may need with We The People. I thanked him and appreciated all that he was doing to improve the customer service experience as it would only benefit their business in the long run. read more

I cannot even rate this location Rude beyond Rude. Did not great friendly, could not even open the door and invite me in. They wanted face masks not a problem, but could not offer one or even take the time to know what my problem or need was. I can understand caution with locked doors, but, it's what you do when you greet perspective new clients. I even said are you going to let me in? Hid behind the door. Why are you in business? you are not about the people at this location. Could not find a corporate location to even call to have this concern addressed. If they had taken the interest, I was there to have paperwork "THEY" did amended. read more

The We The People team in Granada Hills are absolutely amazing. Professional and effective! The best place to have your revocable trust completed. Jackie is fantastic and she is so helpful and patient. She is a true asset to their company, and she really knows her stuff. I used them four years ago, and when I had questions about my trust recently I called and spoke to Jackie again. If she doesn't know the answer, she can get you to someone on their legal team. I just want to urge anyone who is on the fence about obtaining a will or trust, you should definitely and without question use We The People. It was thousands of dollars cheaper than an attorney, and we have the peace of mind knowing our affairs are taken care of. If you are a parent and don't have a will, you need this service immediately! Call and make an appointment with Jackie. She will take the headache out of this process. I was so pleasantly surprised at the whole process, including follow-up calls years later to help us figure out new life changes. They are there for you during all aspects of the process. Highly recommend. Get off the fence and call them! read more
