Incredibly grateful for everyone at the document people! They were so kind and helpful from the first call I made. For reference, they helped me file for a summary dissolution. I called them to make my first appointment. My ex husband and I came to the appointment to fill out some paperwork. The document people drafted everything and we were able to come back a few days later to sign everything. Extremely easy and affordable. I tried to navigate getting a divorce on my own but I think it would have taken significantly longer and I would have made some mistakes! Everyone who works at the document people is very kind and supportive. They are aware that these situations are tough and try to make it as seamless and pain free as possible. 10/10 read more

Living Trust was very quick and easy to process thanks to Paolo! Thank you so much for your help with this. Highly recommend.

Want a divorce? I did LOL Andrea has been here for years and has helped me through a couple things that needed sorting out. They're prompt, extremely responsive, thorough, neutral and caring. The whole process and what's next was always communicated to me. I'm a huge procrastinator when it comes to paperwork but they remain neutral and follow up without being snarky. They've babysat me for months and months until I finally remembered to turn in my documents. They're honestly stellar. Highly recommend. read more

I contacted The Document People in Glendale regarding my legal first and last name change. Carine(sp?) was very nice, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. She took care of everything - submitting the petition, publishing the notice, taking care of the court fees, etc. I had to wait about 3 months for the court date (definitely not a fast process), and she kept in touch every time she had an update. The price was reasonable too, and it was soooooo worth it to me to have the assurance that the process was being properly handled. After I deal with all my name change stuff (total pain, also worth it), I'm going back to her for a Living Trust. Definitely recommend. read more

Called them at the end of the year last year and they said they were not taking new clients until January. Called today, five months later, and well into 2025, and I'm being told they are still not accepting new clients. Seems they're overloaded and it would make most sense to hire more personnel than to send me almost 20 miles away to one of their other locations. read more

Paolo was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable in answering all my questions when reaching out to create a living trust for my mother and handling the affidavit/deed filing. The living trust package was comprehensive to include a will and both financial/healthcare POA. I provided all the information remotely, and Paolo was able to finalize the documents in a few weeks for my mother to sign onsite. Adriana helped walk my mom through signing the documents and completed with notarization. Excellent service at significantly lower cost than estate planning lawyer/attorney. They simplified and made the process easy. I highly recommend and would definitely use them in the future. read more

I went to a full service trust attorney to update my trust. After spending ( and of course charging me ) $393.00, the attorney recommended that I go with their comprehensive estate planning for $5900. I refused . I saw this company on Google. I called them up. They said $799.00 to draft a new trust, $399.00 to update one for single. I called to make an appointments. The paralegal is Cynthia and I couldn't be more pleased with her. She got it quick with 3 short meetings. There are no hidden fees, no surprises. Everything was done professionally. Google said it is perfectly fine to use paralegal . I don't need legal advice. I just wanted a legal document so my estate won't got bogged down in probate court if I don't have a trust so this company did the job . Well done ! Thank you Cynthia. read more
