I've called more than a dozen times asking for something, anything and all I get is that Ken will need to call me back, which he never does and that they are busy. I get you may be busy but too busy to make a 5 minute phone call? I stopped calling and then called my warranty through Keystone on December 17th and they told me Ken has never sent in any paperwork about my warranty repair work. This place is a joke and I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere......
