They were punctual and the courteous, well-trained, muscular four-man team, headed by Quincey, were a pleasure to work with -- strongly recommended. Issues that we had with this move (which may not apply to you) are that (1) the detailed, important briefing that I had sent to the owner ahead of time was not relayed to the team, so they arrived unaware of the critical loading and unloading order earlier requested and agreed, and (2) our request that a dozen old pine drawers be individually shrink-wrapped and carried separately was brushed aside in favour of shifting their respective pieces of furniture with the drawers still in place. The result of (2) is that we are still sorting out the jumbling of drawer contents that we had hoped to avoid.
