Terrible company, they cancelled are move 15 minutes before they were scheduled to move us from Olympic village with no remorse whatsoever. Simply said truck will not work and that was it. My partner and I had no other options with all other rentals taken. We lost our elevator deposits as a result and missed furniture deliveries at our new place not to mention the 12hours it took us to move ourselves. Please do not use this company. NO SHOW ON MOVING DAY !! Had planned move to Williams Lake since April. They gave a phone estimate, but I made one of them come to the house and look at our stuff. Got pics on our security cam if anyone needs pics. The first time they were supposed to come look we got a text "truck broke down" and they postponed until the next week. Should have fired them right there. Google their phone number 778-878-5516 and you will see several "movers" using this exact phone number. Very suspicious. We Move You is the outright, worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. And that is saying something - because I never make reviews. This company was so terrible, however, I felt I needed to inform others on how awful my experience was. Firstly, they originally said they would be at my place at noon on the 30th. They call me and tell me that their truck broke down 20 mins before the move and that they can't move me anymore. I begged them to help me, otherwise I'd be homeless and they suddenly told me they were available at 4pm. Because legally I had to move out by 1pm, I had to personally move all my belongings outside of my apartment into the hallway and still find time to clean up the place. Absolutely no help from the movers. Then, 4pm comes around and no sight of the movers. So I call, and they tell me 4:30 now instead. OK. So I wait . 4:30 comes around, no movers. They then tell me seven more minutes this time. No movers. Long story short, the first mover didn't show up until 5:15pm. The second mover doesn't show up until well after 5:30. I explained the situation to the two movers and they told me they were only notified of the move under an hour before they showed up. If that is the case, this leads me to believe I was forgotten about - somehow - even though I called SEVERAL times to confirm. SO. Not only were they over five hours late, not only did I have to do half the move by myself - JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT IT COULDN'T GET WORSE - THEY LOST HALF MY DAMN BED. Of course I didn't notice until the next day and so when I call, the supervisor says he has no idea where it is. OH BOY THANKS 'WE MOVE YOU'. I NOW HAVE NOTHING TO SLEEP ON AND I'LL HAVE TO BUY A NEW BED. SCREW THIS COMPANY. (oh and I didn't get a discount or anything, yay) read more

We booked our move for today a month ago, my mother called to make sure our booking is in place several days ago and they confirmed it with us. I called them again last night to make sure they have the address and will be there at 8 am, the guy on the phone confirmed it all with me. Today they don't show up!! We call and they come up with an excuse of their truck being broken down. If that's true why not call us or let us know right away? Also you have only 1 truck????? Our move is behind now and we are left with no truck or movers. I'm very disappointed to say the least and don't recommend this company to anyone! The frustration and issues that you left us with today is beyond describe. Today is the last day of the month and everywhere is already booked. I really hope karma teaches you a lesson for the way you screwed my poor single mother over today!!! read more

My uncle booked these movers for us on short notice which was helpful and a relief as I was sick that morning. They were on time and friendly and willing to energetically move our stuff it appeared and I assumed they would be careful. I the past I hired movers off craigslist who were slow and over priced and my stuff wasnt treated well but it was last minute and uncle took the responsibility of the bill so I agreed. We left them to empty the storage and when we returned the truck was full and it seemed tidy and carefully packed so they took off to unload the first truck full. The person at the new storage (we were simply changing facilities) didnt say anything about them throwing things around or abusing my stuff so I wasnt worried. They went back for the second load and moved it to the locker facility seemingly faster then i predicted but at the time I was pleased because it would reflect on the already bigger then we anticipated bill. My uncle tipped them a few hundred dollars even and the stuff was locked up until the next week when I showed up to find my stuff basically thrown into the container storage. My bikes which I asked to be handled delicately were on top of my beautiful couch which had plastic on it that was ripped off, couch ruined. All of my boxes were labelled if they were fragile and some of them were thrown on top of the stuff, a few boxes even had puncture marks on them to my horrorr. A lot of broken irreplaceable fragile things were inside those. They carelessly threw jerry cans with small amounts of gas fluid in them on top of fabric framed art and placed my dresser soft side up with heavy items on top. Many boxes were squished between heavy thingss and no longer held the items inside for moving anywhere. The movers were both under 30 years old but I didn't think that meant they would e careless when we were not watching them. It was not a long day for them and they were not mistreated or underpaid so I do not know why they would have been so rough with my things. Do not hire this company. read more
