A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off.
