Just as we thought, this company did an amazing job and was a great company to do the work he needed. He was more than happy with the work and the gentleman who came out to do it. They also scheduled and did all the work the same day! What more could we ask??! Thank you so much!!

After using Frank for awhile, we used someone who charged slightly less, and learned our lesson! I've never met someone before who is so passionate about carpet cleaning and flooring maintenance! He not only takes care of carpets, but also cleans all kinds of flooring. He's been doing this for decades, and was able to educate us about how to choose flooring for our remodel in the various rooms in our house. Frank is honest, personable, and takes great pride in doing a good job. He uses top quality equipment and products. His prices may not be quite the cheapest, but they are competitive, and if you want the job done right, it's worth it to pay a few dollars more to have someone like Frank. He does the work himself, answers all your questions, is easy to reach to get an appointment, is reliable and punctual, and, takes credit cards. I can't ask more from a carpet (and flooring) cleaner. Frank is "the bomb"!

Yelp has a guarantee if you use the feature you could get reimbursed if you are not happy with the service. I was really happy and plan to use them again! Although JLK Cleaning didn't have many reviews I decided to go with them for several reasons. 1. Great Communication: The owner Michael had great communication. He would respond in a timely manner. I communicated with him through Yelp, text and phone. 2. Timing: My family is currently going through a lot of transitions. We were aiming to purchase a home in the summer when our kids were off from school. It didn't work out that way so I'm grateful for this type of businesses. 3. Oven: The biggest reason I wanted to get a move in cleaner was because of the oven. Michael did admit it was pretty bad but they could handle it. Michael and Ricky ended up cleaning our home and they did a great job! 3. Affordable rate: Thanks to a feature on Yelp I was able to reach out to several business. I could send multiple business pictures and information. It saved me a lot of time. 4. Availability: There were a few businesses that matched or less than the estimated rate than JKL Cleaning rate but they were able to fit us in the soonest. 5. Before and After pictures: Most of the pictures are from the business owner, but having that Yelp guarantee helped me decide to go with JKL Cleaning. 6. Great customer service from start to finish: Good communication. Services were explained and fulfilled. They did a walk through when they were done with my husband and son and explained what they did. Overall, I would recommend JLK Cleaning. We plan to use them again soon for our move out cleaning.

It's usually Celia and one other person, and sometimes more if it's a deeper clean. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work, and it shows every time. Her pricing is very reasonable, especially for the quality and attention to detail she delivers. The only thing I'd mention is that her scheduling can be a bit optimistic at times, she's sometimes running late from another job that took longer. It hasn't been an issue for me since I work from home, and the quality of the cleaning more than makes up for it -- plus, she always communicates promptly if she's running behind. Overall, I highly recommend Celia. She's hardworking, reliable, and genuinely great at what she does.

Review Update: After talking to Rachel, she explained that most deep cleanings don't include making…read morebeds, doing dishes, or taking the trash to the bin, so my expectations there were a bit high. She also offered to refund part of the organization fee since I decided to only do the kitchen. I really appreciate her willingness to clarify and make things right. Rachel is incredibly kind, friendly, and an absolute powerhouse when it comes to cleaning. She made my home look spotless -- every surface gleamed, everything smelled fresh, and her attention to detail in the main cleaning work was fantastic. It was such a relief walking into such a fresh, tidy space. That being said, there were a few small things that could be improved. For whatever reason, I felt like she was very rushed. The trash was left right outside the apartment without a new bag in the bin, and the dishwasher wasn't started -- small touches I've had with other cleaners in the past that make a nice difference. I had also paid for organization, originally planning to do the guest room and kitchen, but when she arrived I decided to just do the kitchen. The charge stayed the same, which I wish had reflected the smaller scope. Overall, Rachel's cleaning skills are truly excellent, and she's a joy to work with. With a little more consistency on the smaller finishing touches and more clarity in pricing, her service would be perfect. I would still recommend her to anyone looking for a deep, high-quality clean.
