When the bolts came in, they were the wrong and I had to take my part for another mechanic to install. When I tried getting a refund I was treated very poorly. They were VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! In the end, the agreed to refund me all of my money less 30%. Why should I have to pay 30% restocking charges for their mistake???
