It was finally sold on consignment after 2 years and several price reductions. The bad news is that they performed unauthorized repairs after the initial work, without explanation, which they then deducted from the balance paid out to the estate. Further, when I discussed this several times with Chris Greco, he assured me it should have been handled differently, and would issue a refund for that unauthorized work after discussing it with Linda. Months later I have no updates and no refunds as promised. I understand the work is specialized, but don't hide what you're doing. At this point I have lost any respect for the business and how they do things.

They had spend an hour looking for it after I purchased it, and then they spend another 20 minutes looking for it after I arrived. To make it up to me they offered me a brand new version of the pedal at the mid point of the difference between the used one and the new one. I took that offer because it was a great deal. Since then I have bought 3 more pedals from them over the years, a microphone, and a whole lot of accessories. I feel she's a bit of a diamond in the rough compared to other piano teachers of her skill level. Her prices are very reasonable considering her level experience. Deborah is extremely dedicated to helping each student reach their maximum potential.
