Summary: friendly, responsive, professional equipment, good customer service…read more Would use again. Just used them yesterday. I had just taken down a large above ground pool and all of the supports and equipment associated with it. Also had other miscellaneous junk. Although Mesa has a disposal service beginning at $31, they would not have been able to take the refuse I had. It weighed too much, too bulky, etc. Also, I didn't want to wait for the yearly Mesa free disposal dumpsters to arrive probably not until May or June. Renting a trailer was out, because by the time I rent the trailer and dispose of the refuse myself, I'd be paying the same amount if not more than I paid for service yesterday. There would've been fees due to the pool. Finally, I have a large landscaping project that will begin soon, and I just wanted to get the crap out of there. Plenty of junk removal services out there with good reviews. I checked out a few, read the reviews, and went for best junk removal. I like their truck. Charge was 350, but there was quite a volume of material and a lot of junk. It was worth it. They were very conscientious about making sure they only took what I wanted them to. Fast and efficient. I would definitely consider them again, if I have more junk to get rid of in the future. I guess they also do some demolition such as removing sheds and some structures. Talk to them or check out their website.

We unfortunately couldn't reach anyone by phone but ended up driving by to be sure they were open. They have options for smaller waste or larger waste but it's all easy to use. $45 for up to 1500 pounds. They do require you have a hard hat and vest if in the large waste area but you can buy them on site.

To say I am damned unhappy with this matter, and equally the lame response back is insulting,…read moreperiod! The trash container was put out as normal Sunday evening. Come Monday no show of the Waste Management truck. OK just leave it there maybe there was a technical issue, and it will be emptied first thing Tuesday. Come Tuesday check the containers contents, what was left of it (major storm came in Monday night and resulted the bulk of my trash scattered around on the ground, that had to then be picked up and put back in the trash can. Had the trash been picked up per schedule (Monday) then there would not be the need to spend numerous hours picking it all up again!!! Come midday Tuesday still NO sign of any waste management trash hauler? Called Waste Management customer service, what happened and why wasn't the trash which had always been scheduled for a Monday had not been picked up and it was now Tuesday midday. The customer service lady informed that the schedule had been changed to a Friday AM!! I advised her clearly that there had been NO advance notification of said change in schedule. She said let me check and advised that I was correct that there had been no advance notification of such change in schedule!!! The trash can was brought back into the home area, but due to now nearly two weeks in not being emptied, it was overflowing. I had to then decant some of the trash debris put into bags and transport it to a location that would accept such trash, very inconvenient to say the least!!! I should not have to be doing Waste Managements job because of its incompetence! What kind of customer service is this when a change of service date is initiated and absolutely NO advance notifications to the customers they serve!!! Not to mention having to retrieve trash from the roads as the container had not been emptied on schedule and then having to physically drive and take my trash to a receiving facility! Even to this day there has still NOT been any advisement of change of schedule??? Many Waste Management trash containers around the Sonoran Ridge Estates have been sitting out for numerous days because no ones knows what the hell is going on with pick up schedules. In summary, I am looking for Waste Management to make this matter right, period! THEY STILL HAVE NOT NOW ONE MONTH AFTER THE EVENT!

He kept in touch throughout the process and let us know when the Paris & Tyler would show up. They were on time and worked efficiently and quickly. Paris & Tyler were friendly, engaging and helpful. When the next-door neighbor wanted the swing set in our back patio, instead of taking the swing completely apart for recycling, they did only a partial disassembly and moved the swing onto her driveway, ensuring that the swing could be used again. No complaints, no issues - they understood completely. They even cleaned up the debris from a fallen ceiling, something I hadn't expected them to do - it was such a welcome surprise. I only have one phone call to make should I need removal services again - to AZ Junk Removal. Thank you, Brad, Paris & Tyler - you're the best!

My renovation project had been moved up and I needed the stuff gone, so I was between a rock and the proverbial hard place. Garbage Guy called me back after missing my call, within minutes, and also said they could have a truck out same day, in the late afternoon. Success! Price was of course competitive with other services, which is to say more than I wanted to pay but not unreasonable, given the scope of the work. The guys were running a bit late, but as I was a last minute add to the schedule, I did not give them much grief over it, nor would I deduct a star from the rating. When they arrived, they were extremely courteous and worked quickly to get everything loaded up and out of here. At the end of the day, I now have the room I need to complete our renovation and a literal ton of old furniture and other miscellaneous crap is finally gone for good. I could not be happier, and would highly recommend these folks for your junk hauling needs.
