We had an outstanding experience with Paint Doctor, the company painted my entire home interior, and did some wood trim/moulding that came out beautiful. Color suggestions and paint types aligned to my thoughts and came out stunning. I received multiple quotes and interviewed multiple companies. I was very at ease about the company from the start when Rich answered call, and Noelle and Chris managed the projects. Team doing the paint and the crown molding and trim were on point with leads that truly cared. We had a small area needing attention after wrap up, and they addressed it like the professionals they are, their name is their brand and it is true. They were able to get us on their schedule before we went on vacation, which we appreciated. Rich came over the morning the painting was to begin and we discussed everything that was to happen. Everything went so well with their crew that came in to paint. They were so friendly and flexible. They did an absolutely amazing job. We LOVE the transformation. Rich had stopped by again and I asked if they install cabinet pulls. He responded yes, and was able to also install the cabinet pulls before finishing the paint job. The trim and door surfaces are rough and textured like a bumpy orange peel skin. They also just painted over the dust in many areas. It is heartbreaking. They had no idea how to fix it, and after coming back two times and no-showing a third - I'm settling on just a bad review and paying someone else with proper skills.
