My fiancée and I walked into Wells Fargo fully expecting the usual bank experience. You know, the soul-draining fluorescent lighting, the "take a seat, we'll be with you in 47-93 minutes," and the classic "Do I really need another account?" existential crisis. Instead, we met Matthew Lorenzo, who apparently runs this branch like a VIP lounge at a luxury hotel. This man didn't just help us open an account... He guided us through the process like a financial fairy godmother with a W-2. Smooth. Easy. Zero confusion. No stress. I half expected him to bring out champagne and a cheese board. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and so organized that I started questioning my own life choices. At one point I thought, "Is this... enjoyable? Am I enjoying opening a bank account?" Turns out... yes. Yes, I was. We left with our new account, a sense of accomplishment, and the firm belief that Matthew deserves a raise, a trophy, a parade, and maybe even his own Netflix special. If you're going to Wells Fargo, go see Matthew. If you weren't planning to open an account... honestly, you might want to anyway. Just for the experience.

The space is well-designed and welcoming, which makes the whole banking experience so much better. I even made myself a coffee and sat down while waiting out a hurricane of rain outside. On a special note, I want to thank Juan Campos for going above and beyond today. Not only did he take care of my banking needs with professionalism, but he also showed genuine kindness. When he saw me waiting for the rain to stop--and it just kept getting worse--he offered to help me get to my car. There were a couple of umbrellas by the door, so I used one, and he followed behind to bring it back inside. He didn't have to do that, but it truly made a difference and allowed me to get back to my family sooner. What an amazing experience--this branch sets the standard for customer care. I'll definitely be returning here.

I would say teller's but that is most likely on a Monday. Now my gripe is with the hole ancholallat. I opened the account in July of 25'. My 1st issue began with Amazon prime multi charging my account. Changed my cc number and again charged me. Temu OMG. Relentless. That's another story. So let me finish right quick. For the few who know me, they would be proud... So ten days ago I went and basically took 90 % $ out and in truth it doesn't matter if it was $10. Nowadays banks don't give nada... They take, charge, tell you to have a minimum balance. Ok, I'm rambling, anyway because of an( ex girlfriend) not to long ago my credit score was 679. Now the bank that's holding my money , wouldn't even give me a pre paid CC so I can start rebuilding my credit. So during my 45 minute ordeal with getting my money, by the way on a Friday as usual they had 1 teller for the whole bank and more people in the lobby greeting you than serving you. I would say don't get me started but a little late. So after showing multiple 's I get asked to have a seat, remind you I've already been there 30 mn in line. I'm told my signature doesn't match my original. So I speak freely for a moment and say see see this is one of the reasons Im leaving this institution. Fortunately I seen and asked for the manager named Sandy, who I've dealt with before. In the end I got my money and find it extremely hard to put my hard earned money in a place that does nothing to help those of us who want it. I could go on. Leave it for something else.

She was friendly. Little too friendly. Asking my about my height which in general is a pet peeve but she wouldn't know that. Anyway, once she got into the system, located my account, and gave me my money. That's all I needed. They do offer to have you come back at a certain point to go over how they can make the banking experience better and possible better ways to keep your money. I declined but maybe one day. She was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and handled the opening of my account and maintenance with my online banking so fast I didn't know she had started yet . I wouldn't waste my time to write the review, except for the fact that she took the time out of her to make sure that I needed in order to pay my bills was fixed. She took the time out to check and double check, then argue on my behalf with the corporate office I've never experienced anyone go so far out of their way to fix a problem that wasn't their own.
