There are very few massage therapists that truly 'get it'. Bella indeed has healing hands! Not all massage therapists understand and 'feel' the connection between muscle, bone, ligaments, fascia & the mind. Let me tell you, she NAILED it. Her touch and exploration of my trouble areas, then diving in with the solution with cupping and triggered massage was exactly what I would've done. Her communication throughout, her questions, her gentle silence was perfect. Her technique with muscle stretching and triggered massage points was spot on. I was taken back to change into a very nice robe, like I wanted to go home in it (haaa). From there I waited in the relaxation room along with my mimosa (Heyyy now). Lizzie came in a few mins after I sat down. We started with a skin assessment. Lizzie listens, communicates clearly and helps you determine the best products for your skin. I chose the custom facial since I was not sure what I wanted prior to the service. I would totally do the custom facial again. They also offer the Hydra facial which I will try sometimes in the near future. Lizzie has magical hands and you can really tell she is so passionate about what she does. She took her time, answered any questions I had, gave recommendations and just really showed she cared. Her massage during the facial was aaaamazing. I received an email with an apology for the payment issue and an offer to come back to the facility for a free massage to make up for the problem. I decided to take the offer and visited again. This time, my experience went really well all the way around. Me and my boyfriend returned (having to pay for one massage). The facility was still clean and the staff were all super friendly. My massage was done very well. My boyfriend and I were put in separate rooms this time and got to enjoy our massages. I was very relaxed and my masseuse was making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Everything was very nice, I even almost fell asleep. I am very happy that the facility reached out to me after my first review. Even though the issue was something minor they wanted to make it right. The service is excellent and the staff is amazing. I would return when I feel the need for a pampering.

I was very cold because I was left 5 times, one time for 6 mins, during my massage 120 min massage, with exposed wet feet. One of the other massage techs came over and apologized as I was laying there waiting for the girl to keep coming back. He put a towel over me and a leg support under me. Very nice guy. So my combo massage was bout 95 mins vs 120 due to starting late and she kept leaving. When I booked I mentioned I had a 20% off. When it was time to check out they had me standing there late for work for 12 mins while they called around to see if they felt like taking the 20%? It gets worse. After I had been there 2 1/2 hours now due to my massage starting late and then them wanting to hold me there until the owner could get there which was unbeknownst to me, the owner flew up in her car and attempted to bully me out of accepting the promo that I told them I had before even booking. I told her it was not going to happen. That they were going to take a non-expired coupon that they have produced at some point, while claiming they've never made a coupon? But still couldn't explain how I actually did have a coupon that they have made at some point! None of this should be the experience of a first time customer, my time is just as valuable as their's. And I was late to work.
