It was 8pm so I looked to Yelp to see who the local roadside assistance businesses were. RD's popped up so I called them. They met us at the restaurant within 20 minutes and plugged the tire. They were quick, friendly and cheap. I actually enjoyed talking to them as they were very funny and nice. I would recommend them to anyone!

This truck belonged to an acquaintance and he asked my assistance in getting his truck. since my family is in the towing business and we did not tow his vehicle I called RCSD to find out who did. I had never heard of Exceeding Towing. I found their phone number online. The phone was answered and a price was given. I took my friend to their location where we found no one there to release the truck. I called back and was advised they were working a recovery wreck and would be approximately one hour. I asked him to call me when they were close as I had some errands I could run. They did call and met me there. Their only fault was not having somebody at the lot to release the truck during normal hours. However, as a small business this man was out working with both his trucks and he did exactly what he said he would do.

I called the first times for and updated eta dispatch said the driver stated 25 -30 minutes still on another job. I said okay... another 45 minutes passed I called dispatch again still no driver dispatch placed me on hold and called the driver and stated they gave the driver my information and that the driver would contact me shortly while talking to dispatch the driver called and said he would be out in 25 to 30 minutes I stated you do know the original ETA was 1:41 it a lil after 2:30am and the vehicle has been running since 11:00pm I place the call for road side assistance around 12:15am . Driver stated oh I didn't know the vehicle was running I'm on my way while sounding like he just woke up he didn't sound like was out and about at all let alone working. Not to mention this the first I've ever use this service and there wasn't a location shown once my driver was dispatched so I should have known it was going to be a problem usually soon as they are assign the company name pops up on the screen with an estimate time and you see a location all I got was two false estimates time and a long 3 hour wait very very very poor customer service this is unacceptable no explanation or anything just false arrival time after arrival time.

Well, 1 hour 45 minutes later, nothing. I text the rep who was dispatched asking for an ETA and received no response. I then received a message from the emergency service who advised "the service was canceled at my request". I contacted the company and advised I didn't cancel my service to which they responded, "well the driver has canceled" to which they had to send someone new. With that being said, I spent 4 hours on the side of the highway after midnight because this company decided they wanted to be lazy. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
