When it comes to insurance and financial services I would not trust anyone else more than I trust Rudy. His team is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can call them and anyone there would be happy to help you but Rudy himself will always make himself available to talk to any customer that need him. The hot tub which is an amenity that they use to charge their high rents, has not worked, more than it has worked over the last 10 years. I had a leak from the bathroom above me. They claimed they fixed 3 times. Finally I had to let my bathroom ceiling cave in before they would actually fix it. Now their latest racket is that unless you go into some third party authenticating app to prove you have the required renter's insurance they hit you with a $20 fee and call it Valet trash. This way you have no idea that they are charging you this noncompliance fee. Further actually providing them a copy of the Insurance declaration page proving insurance, is not proof you have insurance, even though they email you asking you to give them a copy of it. My renter's policy ran thru July 28th 2026. But they saw fit to charge me an insurance noncompliance fee in April and again in May. their excuse was your insurance policy expired in April even though it says in black and white July 28, 2026. The pool has been closed for over 2 weeks and it 98 degrees everyday. I had foot surgery in April 2025. i had to hobble to the other end of the building to use the elevator because the elevator near me was out of service for the third or fourth time in 9 years. It doesn't get fixed for months and months. I have been here over 10 years now. I am leaving on September 22. That day cannot get here fast enough. DEAL WITH RICHDALE APARTMENTS AT YOUR OWN RISK. I should have heeded the advice of my friend that manages apartments in Houston when she told me Richdale was the worst.
