You can call them and anyone there would be happy to help you but Rudy himself will always make himself available to talk to any customer that need him. No like many other agencies I have been in where the agents never even go to their offices.

She probably had 20 other things to do. But continued to answer all the questions her customer had for 20 minutes. Made her feel like she was the only person that mattered. During that time another agent came out of his office to offer me a drink or a chair. I was just a salesman waiting to talk to the receptionist. They knew I was a salesman. Since then I have had a horrible experience with Anthony Andersons office and most recently I added a car for my 17 year old daughter, and by there mistake they say they weren't taking the payments, my next question is then why did my insurance go up? now they want me to make up 5 months worth of payments! I will be changing companies after 15 years and I am warning anyone who reads this avoid State Farm and especially Anthony Anderson! Horrible service!!

I had went without air-conditioning for 2 days initially and then when the team came it was not a…read moresimple fix. The unit experienced failure , so they had to order a new unit. The unit was not able to cool apartment so then I called but no eta and it has been over a week and 1/2 without air-conditioning. I called and left a voice mail for corporate to call me back and I am still waiting. I call every day asking for updates and there was no communication without me initiating but I pay rent and I pay on time. This is upsetting and I am not sure if I will continue renting here or even with other properties with the same corporate agency. Hot 86 in my apartment and not clear way of cooling my home.

Recently the IRS contacted me regarding a mistake Pat made on my 2010 return. Pat had always said that she would be there if we were ever had IRS issues so I contacted AAA Business and left a message for Pat Jones to call about the IRS contact and proposed penalty. Pat Jones did not return my call. A week later I left Pat another message to call. Pat's sloppy return is causing me a $3,000 fee and penalty and she has yet to return my calls. I have used several CPA's in my lifetime and this is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. Take this warning for what it's worth. It's better to pay more for a competent accountant than to get taken by AAA Business Services and left out on a limb when the IRS calls.
