As hesitant as I was to do that, I needed this job completed within a timely manner so that I could get renters in asap, so I fronted them half of the money after a few days of them working there. Once I gave them the money, they hardly showed up, wouldn't return my texts or calls for weeks and now have completely ghosted me and this project. I am now left with a house not even half-way remodeled, losing money every single day this house goes unfinished and now having to find someone who will be willing to step into this job and finish it. By the next morning, the frig was just as warm as it was the day before and had NOT started working again, thus the problem was not fixed as stated! I had already paid $125 (which he followed me to the ATM to withdraw cash as no debit, credit, or checks accepted) so I called the company back right away and he told me that he would be out that day after the job he was on was finished. I called again later that day after the no-show. As of 8 days later, I have not had a return call or visit. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
