They began work on August 12,2024 and as of today, November 5, 2024 the job is not even half way completed. When they came to bid the job, the only discussion we had revolving money was how much the job was going to cost. On the day they showed up to begin work, they told me that they actually expect half of the money up front. As hesitant as I was to do that, I needed this job completed within a timely manner so that I could get renters in asap, so I fronted them half of the money after a few days of them working there. Once I gave them the money, they hardly showed up, wouldn't return my texts or calls for weeks and now have completely ghosted me and this project. I am now left with a house not even half-way remodeled, losing money every single day this house goes unfinished and now having to find someone who will be willing to step into this job and finish it. He performed the cleaning and stated there were no other problems. I was told that if problems did occur to call and he would return at no charge. By the next morning, the frig was just as warm as it was the day before and had NOT started working again, thus the problem was not fixed as stated! I had already paid $125 (which he followed me to the ATM to withdraw cash as no debit, credit, or checks accepted) so I called the company back right away and he told me that he would be out that day after the job he was on was finished. I called again later that day after the no-show. As of 8 days later, I have not had a return call or visit. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Now I have no working refrigerator & I'm out $125 with no resolution by this company!
