Went back & the next day they called & said the ring was finished. I picked up the ring & noticed that one of the main emeralds had been removed & 2 very bad stones were replaced. I only needed on stone replace, which was low quality. I knew the original stone was taken out. I went to a very reputable jeweler & they told me that the stones were broken & they were glued in (should not be glued in a channel set ring). Beware if you bring in jewelry to be repaired. They are not REPUTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. Again beware!!!

There was two separate accounts and we had about four or five pieces of jewelry with them we had taken out loans on the gold and we went to go pay. One day I believe in January to see only that they had been closed down with a contact number when we tried to call that contact number or the listed locations that it provided we didn't get any response. I did do my own research and located the name of the owner, which is Christopher something he's living in Florida I believe. When I reached out to him, he said to send him money and he would send the jewelry back. I've been trying to figure out a way for us to get what belongs to us back if not, the actual gold itself the money plus interest. this was a business who never notified us of their closing and maintained our property. When I reached out to the Delaware Attorney General for customer or consumer protection, there was only so much that they did because I wasn't able to file a police report because the police said they can't do anything about closing business businesses. That was one by the way whoever was working a few times I've called so now I'm on here trying to figure out a way to get in contact and to get what belongs to us.
