Asked what percentage they paid and she said I had to bring them in and see the "gift card buyer". I arrived and there was no gift card buyer just one nasty woman behind the counter. She too cards behind counter and 11 minutes later asked me how much was on them , I told her 270 and she then replied she didn't want them. I asked why and she said they were fake.... She never called to check the balance/ and simply thought they were fake because they were Purchased through Macy corporate which is standRd for bulk gift card purchases when a company is buying them for prizes or what not. I show her the email from work with the awards. She didn't care- awful awful customer service

Small collection of items that are overpriced, came in to sell some tools and the employee lied…read moreabout the cost of the items in order to try and get a good deal. I've been here a couple times and everytime I go I'm reminded why not to go back, Employees are stuck up and act like they do hard work sitting on their asses and typing up products on ebay, only have white employees as well. Waste of space in that development.
