As an active duty enlisted military member on a tight budget the whole ring buying process was very daunting to me. My girlfriend (at the time) was also nervous about the formality of the ring shopping experience. That all changed once we sat down with Renee. She was so kind, patient, and attentive which made it so relaxed, comfortable, and easy that my girlfriend never wanted it to end. I love this place…read more There is a very big parking lot with direct access to shopping carts in sections of the lot. You will see soda vending machines when you are about to enter the store. The actual store itself is huge. It is a great wholesale store that allows you to buy products in bulk and pay lower prices for them. The only downside is that they don't give you bags so you either have to bring your own bags or boxes or carry the products to your car. The cereal selection is limited but they have the essentials. I would recommend paper products as well as detergent. Also, they take up to four manufacturers coupons.

Showed the salesperson the other heads on my bracelet, specifically showing the size and thickness of the gold charm I wanted to purchase. The charm with engraving was $650 plus tax. I went to pick up my bracelet and noticed the charm was only 1/2 as thick as the charm I showed her. The salesperson said if I wanted a charm as thick as my other charms I would need to pay an additional $238. The salesperson ordered the wrong charm. The salesperson made the error they would not correct the problem unless I paid more money. I also asked them to give me a price on a custom made bracelet before I had the issue with the gold charm.. She said it would run between $3000-$4000. Few days later she called to say it would cost $4900. Her estimate was so far off the original number. Went to another jeweler and got the same bracelet for $1100 less than their price. When I told them I would not be purchasing the bracelet because I got a better price. The response was why didn't you let us know, we could have worked with you. So the original price was an inflated price. This is a terrible way to do business.

I had the incorrect box , no warranty card...nothing. This was a gift and would be embarrassing to give in Bulova box with no paperwork. I contacted Zales and was told "I would have to go to a store to try and get a correct box and that paperwork was now digital" Weird, I have many Citizen's eco drive watches of my own , all with the correct box and paperwork from the jeweler. Needless to say , never again! I will go to my local jeweler next time.
