We returned it and ended up going with a different vehicle. Since I opted to use my own credit union financing for the first car, Carmax was quick to send a the refund check. What I didn't realize until weeks later was that my credit union dropped the ball and never deposited it?! As things came to light, Julian, one of the awesome store managers at Whitemarsh, suggested we have a three-way call with my credit union and Carmax to iron out the details and get everything letter perfect so that they could issue a 2nd refund check--which finaly got applied to my account last night! If you need a car and are in the Whitemarsh area, ask for Michael S. and he will get you the best deal!
