The entire staff was patient, understanding in a relaxing atmosphere . Dr. Nazarian was the best! She helped me to relax. She took the time to explained why I was having pain. Dr. Nazarian was very genital while looking and poking around my teeth. She gave me several different options to help me have a beautiful smile again, all while being financially thoughtful of my position. He said he wanted to consult with my dentist there and come up with a plan. Two and a half weeks went by so I called to make sure I wasn't lost in the mix. A polite lady said that they had been on vacation and that she would leave a note for them to contact me asap. 6 weeks went by, nothing. Screw them. I went to NUVIA in Roseville and got it done. Also my wife went to Col Hgts Dental and said the clinic was dirty. STAY AWAY FROM COLUBIA HIEGHTS PERIOD!

Scheduled an initial intake at the Lakeville location and things went smoothly. Met with Dr. Molldrem and he was keen on everyone getting 'paid what they were owed' in the context of my insurance lowballing him. Mind you, the staff drive luxury SUVs and they have TWO locations. Several MONTHS later I have my teeth cleaning and not only could they not accommodate my allergies, they never had the intent to. Furthermore, they refused to coordinate care between me and my Medical Doctor to figure out appropriate treatment based on my Dr.'s medical orders. I asked politely to receive updates within the week regarding sussing out my treatment plan and they told me to get lost. I asked for recommendations on who else to go to if they couldn't get the job done and they told me to check with my insurance (HAH!). So here I am without any of the treatments they had agreed to help me work through. I called to file a complaint and the Eden Prairie location told me that this all had 'nothing to do with their professionalism' and that 'if I was unhappy with my care I could always find someone else'. I would say that treating me like a burden because I'm not filthy rich is a professionalism issue but whatever. Don't go here unless you love feeling awful.

He always recalls past visits, asks about the family and strives to find excellent cost effective solutions to dental issues best for the patient. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to explain exactly what the procedure is he is about to do. Dr. Wong constantly asks about your comfort while he is working. Fast forward now to a few weeks ago. While out walking, I tripped on raised concrete which resulted in me taking a terrible fall, "face planting" my head on the sidewalk. Besides other injuries from the fall, I had a loose traumatized upper front tooth. I sought out Dr. Wong's professional diagnosis to save my tooth. A root canal was advised and he drilled VERY accurately into the tooth to remove the damaged nerves and remove any bleeding, thus saving my tooth and the color of the tooth! I can't thank him enough for his immediate action and expertise! Dr. Fu Wong is truly a specialist in the Dental Field and a very caring man!
