You must pay thousands out of your pocket if you had a gum graft there. 2) They lie significantly. They told you that they used your palate for the graft surgery. But they did NOT take any palate; they simply cut your gum and sutured them together. 3) They lie and charge back. They told you that you would NOT be charged with an X-image since you would have more than $6000 in gum surgery. But later, they charge you. Even if you showed them their own writing. They ignore it and still charge you. 3) They cheated on reimbursement codes. They have poor business. For more income, they expanded to dental cleaning. But, they charge you for the dental cleaning exam as a gum disease exam, which is more expensive and NOT covered by the insurance, while a dental exam is covered by insurance. 4) They even charge you a soft dental brush for $5. 5) They ignore all the issues you confront them with and ask them to solve. They just sent the ongoing debating payment to a debt collector.

I had to wait in the chair for a very long time after the cleaning to speak with the doctor (so long I had to make calls to cancel things and make alternate arrangements for my kids). When the dentist finally came in, she started a conversation about the high costs of running a dental practice?!? (We had only met one time before this). She then seemed shocked when she presented her very elaborate plan to me and I responded with "yes, lets please start with the most urgent and space treatment out because cost is a very serious concern and barrier". she then sent her hygienist in to ask me if I wanted veneers!!!!!! months later, a $500 bill arrived..... that did not at all match any of the estimates and promises I had been given for a simple cleaning and xrays. now that I am here looking through other reviews, I see that this is something other patients have experienced as well. truly unfortunate since it is a nice office with a great premise.

They have a washing and sanitizing station when you arrive, a questionnaire, temperature check, and a plexiglass partition for the receptionist. Both the Doctor and Hygienist wore masks. I found the office to be gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. Fashioned after a Whistler lodge, it is woodsy, clean, and totally unique. I could have hung out there all day. Most importantly, the work that they did on my teeth was exceptional. They took the time to get to know my teeth a bit (I am not a regular patient), communicated with me about what needed to be done, and were efficient in fixing the problem. Rather than charging us the estimate out of pocket we would pay based on previous experience with Delta insurance they just put all of the bills on our credit card. Then we were the ones who had to follow up to get everything rectified, corrected and matched up to what our insurance company had paid. This is not how other people do business around here. Close to $1000 worth that we should not have had to pay upfront was returned.
