We never got there with our relationship because they struggle mightily with content creation. Perhaps they would do well with a B2C client, but the work was totally subpar for B2B, high-end services. I post this not out of resentment or revenge, but because I believe that people should have accurate information and multiple perspectives when making critical decisions about their businesses. Their work is beautiful and thoughtful but still practical and applicable. So often I work with designers and agencies that produce designs that don't make business or practical sense. That's not the case with this team. Design work that comes back is pragmatic and considered. They know how to embrace constraints and solve real problems. Strong recommendation. We've been working with this company as they subcontracted for another company and I will never,…read moreever, ever work with them again. They have been consistently hostile and unhelpful and the quality of the work they produced was inconsistent. When we were unhappy with the execution of some of our art, we appealed to them to see if they could give us guidelines for re-producing it so that the problems didn't happen again; instead of offering suggestions or trying to work with us they were again hostile and endeavored to shove all blame onto our art. I am not trying to put all the blame on them; perhaps our art was indeed the problem. But they didn't notice that it was printing inconsistently and when we complained they were completely unwilling to work with us to try to come to a solution. Email messages from their representative were consistently confrontational and antagonistic. Indeed, the belligerent tone was evident from the very beginning of our relationship, before we complained about anything. Quality of work aside, as a partner in creating complex, high quality work they fall far, far short of the standards I've come to expect from a good vendor.

Initial call with Joe was great, helped me understand all the options and pricing,…read moredecided to go with him because of the service and communication even though he wasn't necessarily the cheapest. I was helping my wife plan some custom stickers for her 30th Birthday party favours. I agreed to submit the design before the end of the day to try and get the order completed in time so there wouldn't be any rush fees. Unfortunately (my fault) although we got the designs sent over at 4:50pm, we ran in to some issues with their website not allowing us to proceed with adding the order to the basket and paying for it as the box was greyed out and it wasn't clear why this was the case. My wife (who happens to be a UX designer) tried and tried to complete the order and even after calling bezign and speaking to a colleague of Joes she wasn't able to get it done in time and eventually gave up in frustration as the time was past 5pm and had other things to sort out. I managed to get to it myself later on and figured out how to bypass the issue and submitted the order by 5:35pm, with a note explaining the issue we had with their website ordering process, hoping they might understand. I called the following morning as I hadn't received any confirmation email and spoke to the colleague who explained that on this occasion although we were a bit late, they would still fulfill the order without a rush fee, for which I was grateful - I wouldn't have minded paying extra - as they had been helpful up until this point and I apologised for the late submission. That's when things turned sour. Around 30 minutes later Joe called accusing me of trying to avoid paying a rush fee and in effect explained how this small order was not worth his time and wanted to refund the order unless I paid more. All the while I was trying to explain myself, what had happened and what his colleague and I had already agreed on. Joe was abrupt, unwilling to listen and would not allow me to speak without interruption. I was completely shocked and felt belittled as he insisted on going through the website ordering process interrogating me on what I had done, insisting there shouldn't be any issues with his website and how it was my fault for not doing it correctly. We agreed to disagree and refund the order. Although we haven't managed to get the stickers in time now for our event which is disappointing, Bezign has also lost a future customer from a fellow business owner who lives down the road in Moorpark. In my opinion this is not how business should be done, even if the customer has made a mistake. I won't be considering Bezign for any promotional products for my own business in the future. Good luck and hope you improve the website
