We've been working with this company as they subcontracted for another company and I will never, ever, ever work with them again. They have been consistently hostile and unhelpful and the quality of the work they produced was inconsistent. When we were unhappy with the execution of some of our art, we appealed to them to see if they could give us guidelines for re-producing it so that the problems didn't happen again; instead of offering suggestions or trying to work with us they were again hostile and endeavored to shove all blame onto our art.
I am not trying to put all the blame on them; perhaps our art was indeed the problem. But they didn't notice that it was printing inconsistently and when we complained they were completely unwilling to work with us to try to come to a solution. Email messages from their representative were consistently confrontational and antagonistic. Indeed, the belligerent tone was evident from the very beginning of our relationship, before we complained about anything.
Quality of work aside, as a partner in creating complex, high quality work they fall far, far short of the standards I've come to expect from a good vendor. read more
