For the record they have a lot behind the business as well as street parking out front. The business is in an old house. It's beautiful and cozy inside. Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner and offered water. They have lots of services offered here, all by independent individuals. I booked an essential scalp facial with Anjoli. It was so insanely relaxing. The service started with an up close and personal view of my scalp to see what we were working with. From there, you change, get on an epic heated massage table, and get started. Everything felt amazing. All the tools feel great, all the products smelled wonderful, and Anjoli answered all my questions. When you're done, you head back to the chair to see how your scalp has improved. The whole experience was very peaceful and my hair felt so soft afterwards. Note if you want your hair dried you need to book that separately. I opted not to since I was just headed home. Grafts were (supposedly) added to the crown area, but I saw almost no new growth after a year. I definitely didn't see anything worth paying $7,000+. I was so incensed that I drove up to Cleveland and spoke with the owner. He showed me that there were few hairs in my crown area and how to comb my hair so that it was less visible (which doesn't address the lack of new growth that I paid thousands of dollars for). I believe the person who did the procedure either didn't do it properly or completely. Go somewhere else so that your money is not wasted.

They should have let me know this important information when I scheduled. I went in due to a rash that had made a knot in my finger. I was told my hand was just bigger than the other. Considering it's not my dominant hand I find this hard to believe & was also told that years of wearing a ring that was was too small pushed up the fat in my finger. Strange considering my ring always fit until said rash appeared. Very inept consultation & had the intake person (who was wonderfully nice) attend to my other questions. The answers for everything was to buy their overpriced products. Just another example of the "rich" serving the rich. What ever happened to actual dermatology that didn't include lipo & Botox?! Waste of time!! I guess the only customers that are important to them are the ones that are spending the most money when they first start. And they can't stress enough to you while you're doing the treatments to not just stop because it will cause severe damage to your hair. But then it's like pulling teeth from a lion's mouth to try to order more product that they say you absolutely need and is very serious to keep doing. I'm definitely looking for a new hair club location . I'm sick of not being able to reach anybody when I need to .
